A one of a kind experience which was beneficial for my mental health. Yari was great guiding us through our experience, it was amazing feeling the vibrations of her healing instruments such as the tuning forks and himalayan bowl. The experience lives up to its name of sound healing and at the end of the experience we shared each of our experiences and reflections.
My friends and I truly recommend this sound healing session, the setting was also aesthetic for fotos ;)

It was my first Yoga Sound Healing Session, I have to say it was AMAZING!! As a Guy you sometimes hesitate to do "Yoga" but boy was I wrong. Sound Healing is the PERFECT activity to do! Highly recommended to do as a couple. The best way to start your vacation on Aruba. Yari does an amazing job guiding the session combining the natural sounds on the beach with instruments and scents. Very nice group interaction and you definitely feel the "human" touch and personal care and attention by Yari.

Yari really achieved the objective of the class by freeing up energy I did not even know I had and helped me put aside some negative thoughts I before could not get rid of.
The sound healing is very soothing to your soul and the place right on the beach with the sound of waves and birds singing is just perfect! I especially liked the body tune forks which she puts into vibration and then places them on the corresponding chakras, this is really a unique experience and feels so right.
I would highly recommend this class for anybody who wants to tank positive energy and wants to free up your mind.

I had so much fun at the morning Yoga on the Beach class that I decided to grab my husband and come participate in this Yoga on the Beach with Wine class! Yara is an excellent instructor who made everyone feel welcome. It was fun to try some of the balancing poses while trying to keep our wine glasses balanced! Great experience- Class was followed by some delicious snacks and then Yara took pictures of us on the beach as the sun went down!

We had such a great time practicing yoga in a beautiful outdoor setting poolside. The instructor was knowledgeable but most importantly made us feel welcome and brought elements of fun to the class.
