The food and drinks were good at the beach place we went to. The guys that took us out on the boat were nice. The snorkeling area is nothing to write home about. Saw a few fish, NO turtles, nothing amazing about the Reif. Definitely not worth the money we paid for this trip.

0/10 would recommend this excursion. Complete rip off. Did not receive what I had paid for. The "private beach club" was a scam. No snorkeling, no turtles, no boat ride. I would like a refund for my wasted money.

We didn't see turtles, but the snorkeling was nice, and the people from Neptune Tour were very friendly. It was a good experience. The snacks at the beach were delicious.

There was a photographer on the boat and after trip we paid for pictures. He said he would email pictures but did not email. We sent email requesting he send them with no respond.
We would like pictures or money refund

Quaint Costa Maya area. Away from the big crowds. Very personal experience. there were only 2 of us on the trip. The boatmen helped us in and out of the water and took photos of us under water. Disappointed we didn't see much wildlife. The lunch after was very good and we sat outside near the water. I would recommend this trip. we were both over 70 and the cruise ship wouldn't take us. We both felt safe.

I was promised an English speaking tour guide and the guide barely spoke any English. It was supposed to be a snorkeling trip to see turtles but guide said no turtles are in the area. Only reason I didn’t give it a 1 star is because I did see lots of cool fish.

We were really looking forward to taking a boat ride and snorkeling with sea turtles in addition to 2 hrs of all inclusive beach + bar with "snack nachos"! Unfortunately the weather was unsafe for boat riding. Which also meant no 🐢 🥺.... But if they knew the weather was unsafe in their "experience's local time", they should have sent me an email ahead of time with cancellation and full refund, simple as that, would've been no worries. Thats what you do when you cannot offer someone the experience they were promised. Instead they want to wait for me to get all the way to their part of the town after I traveled several miles from the cruise port in a taxi that I PAID FOR, only to agree to refund me HALF ($50) of my money back so I sadly ended up back at my cruise ship out $100 that I would've used doing a reputable excursion. Sketchy ass place. They said they would pay for transportation but DIDN'T! i had to pay the cab ride $8 back and forth so a total of $16 and then they want to haggle once I asked for a refund they were offering free lunch and drinks when i paid to snorkle w sea turtles 🐢 lol 😂 girl byeee!! Im sad i lost out... oh well I just hope yall dont get scammed like we did... stick to the recommendations from carnival and do not venture out to non-reputable excursions. Someone from the ship said the same thing happened to them once and they caused a scene to get her money back but Im not a Karen, I couldve done the same but i wasnt trying to let it ruin my day, now im wishing i wouldve pushed more to get my full refund...
