Went in November 2023. Transportation from/to Punta Cana hotel went with no hiccups. They sent clear pickup details in advance and they were there at the planned time.
There is a 20-25 mins boat ride to the island and sometimes the ride is bumpy, depending on the waves.
Staff was very pleasant and helpful. We had time to relax on the island and they had beach chairs in the shade <3. Snorkeling is not as fantastic as I anticipated, but it was fun. We spent about 40 mins in the water. Lunch & drinks were nice. It's well organized and safe.
I was told that the Saona island offers a comparable experience, but with a lunch not as good as this one.
I recommend big time !!!

If you want to do a good and fun Snorkeling this is the tours you should book. You will really love it, Manuel's attention was very good and the food on the beach was exquisite. Do not miss it
