Go coral reef snorkeling on our fast speed Navy boat in Captain Cook / Kealakekua Bay! Explore parts of the coast line with sea caves, Lava tubes, coves etc. & hopefully Encounter Marine Wildlife such as Dolphins, Whales etc. watching from the boat!

Excellent! Zodiac/raft is only way to go! Lots of big colorful fish. We heard the whale’s song under water. Some even saw the whale.

Great trip. Captains were fun and took good care of our group. The boat was really fast and made for an awesome ride out there and back.

They cancelled 40 minutes before. It happen twice with bookings done through tripadvisor !!
Hopefully I don't have to dispute the transaction with my credit card company and these guys will refund!!

Very disappointing. Our provider first changed our booking time without explanation then cancelled completely 2 hours before the trip. We had 7 guests who were very irritated and now it’s too late to book another trip

They cancelled the night before and asked to change our time from 10:30 to 1. We agreed to the new time. At 12:00 the day of our excursion they texted and cancelled our 1:00 slot.

Tour was cancelled at the last moment (one hour before the tour). It was very disappointing. Our whole plan was destroyed.

Fun trip! Our family of 4 had a great time on our snorkel trip. My older teens enjoyed the fast boat and there was so many fish to see in the bay! We even saw a whale!

We first received a phone call saying they double booked us and asked if we would switch times. We declined and then the next morning we received a text saying the boat needed repaired and so we were not able to go. They did provide alternate companies and a refund

Very disappointing experience, they suggested we move from the time we had booked three months in advance the night before (proudly saying they had over booked the boat) then texted again less than one hour before we were due to depart this morning to say that the boat was in for repairs and asking us to do our tour in the afternoon instead. When we reluctantly agreed they then came back 20 mins later to inform us that only two positions were available, not the four we needed. It was all quite stressful - hopefully we will receive our refund soon!

What do tour guides do when on vacation? Go on tours of course! Well at least we try to so we can let our guests know other great experiences to try on different islands. Unfortunately, this was a bust. Waited more than an hour for nobody to show up. I know it says they may run behind and was ok with that but just how long are we supposed to wait? I only have 3 days here and I wasted the better half of my first day driving out here and waiting for this non tour. Viator attempted to reach the provider multiple times but it’s a cell phone with a full mailbox. ? very frustrating and disappointing to say the least.
