My partner and I didn’t end up making this small group tour due to an abrupt Eurostar train workers’ strike that stranded us and thousands others in Paris. However, after speaking with international friends, they thought through many different solutions to enable us to enjoy at least part of this tour. They weren’t able to provide refund or change us to another day due to how popular they are, but they helped us retain the studio tickets for that day and we ended up being able to visit the studio in the late afternoon when we finally made it to London. We were super grateful, as the coordinator stayed in touch with us throughout the day and made plans with the tour guide and ticket office to ensure we would be let into the studio despite a late arrival. Customer service 10/5 I highly recommend doing any tour with this company - I believe you will be taken care of.

Great experience, time for harry potter was enough to enjoy all the studio and Oxford is amazing. Jini was very helpful and Chris was an excellent guide.

Had the pleasure of being on tour to Oxford and The Warner Brothers studios - the making of Harry Potter with Mike (the guide) and Henry (the driver).
Lovely people, great tour, wouldn’t mind going on this tour again with these two!
Also, one simply cannot go to the Harry Potter studios only once.. would 110% recommend!

Awesome tour of the Harry Potter studios and Oxford (University town). The Harry Potter studios was definitely the highlight for me (i wish we had more time to spend there!), but the fun facts we learned about the Oxford influence in Harry Potter were great, too.

The studios are great and you have enough time to take all the pictures that you want. It was such a shame that it was raining during our time in Oxford. Overall a good tour.

Harry Potter Studios are a must see for HP fans! Also loved the visit to Oxford. I took away one star because: 1) studios are visited at your own place and by yourself, the “professional guide” was not included for the studios, only for Oxford, which was a quick tour, 2) the location of the map is confusing and almost thought we were not going to make it.

We had such a great time on the tour! It was just the right combination of group / independent time, which we loved! Our guide made sure that everyone, including the people not overly familiar with Harry Potter were included and felt welcome. We would highly recommend!

Worth every cents! Our daughter was on wheelchair and transportation with Peter was better than any travel experience we had thus far. Plenty of room in bus's trunk for chair and not having to fold it was great. Our tour guide, Amber was hilarious and fun. Harry Porter Studio blow our minds. More than we expected. Oxford city stop was perfect to end our tour. Love and with every penny spent!

I give 5 stars to the Warner's studio tour and 1 star to the Oxford 's tour.
In Oxford, everything we were supposed to visite was closed. It was a known fact from the operator. Apparently, the universities end libraries are closed every year at this period.
So the description of the tour was misleading.
If we had known, we would have booked only for the studio tour.
That being said, we had a great guide and driver.
