We really enjoyed this tour, which takes in Sintra, Cascais, and the most westerly point in Portugal facing the Atlantic. You start early, which means you beat the crowds (and the heat), and get to enjoy the best of the day without any stress and hassle. Our guide Adolpho was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and had such enthusiasm for the sites we went to, it made a good tour genuinely special.

Sara was an exceptional tour guide! We were a family of 5, 4 adults and a 10-month-old and she was so so accommodating. She was on time for pick-up and we never felt rushed with the baby. Our tour started off in Sintra town and I love that we came early as we were able to walk around without a lot of people. My only wish is that we were able to sit down at the café for a couple minutes to enjoy some coffee. The other guests in our group had a 10:30 slot for the palace interior so I understand why we had to get going. We opted not to go inside the Pena palace and explored the exterior instead. We stopped by Cabo da Roca for about 15 minutes and I think that was enough time to take some photos. At our stop in Cascais, we wanted to checkout a restaurant that we’ve seen on social media, but sadly they didn’t allow babies. Sara recommended a place with bbq chicken and it was amazing! We had 1h 45m in Cascais but I felt like we could have stayed longer because of how beautiful the place is. We spent about 1 hour eating and 45 mins walking around. But, we already knew that coming into a tour there would be some time constraints. We stayed in Alfama, but pick up and drop off was in Lisbon centre. Sara went out of her way to drop us off as close as possible to our accommodation because of our baby. She didn’t have to do that, but you can tell that she is a kind person. Thank you, Sara! The views were amazing and the guide was knowledgeable and fun. The food was algo great. Loved to try Queijada, Travesseiro, Ginja and Bacalhau.

This was one of the best trips from getting picked up at my hotel door to travelling in the wonderful air con van and of course our humorous and knowledgeable guide Gustavo! I’m in love with Sintra we got there before any other tourists and it was so quaint and peaceful I loved it!
Then onto Pena palace, if you are unfit have asthma or struggle on your feet take the 4 euro bus up!
However Gustavo is really considerate and watches for everyone! And takes pit stops for u to catch your breath!
Cascais I could have stayed longer great shops and if u want the best ice cream do that first as huge queue and missed out 😌
However the whole day was fantastic great trip and guide thanks Gustavo!! 🥰

Great guided experience, beautiful palace, pack a jacket for the morning portion. The areas were beautiful but I wouldn’t have enjoyed it as much if I didn’t know the history which our guide provided!

Sara gave great histories of the places we went to. She cared about us having the best experience possible. That would have been very difficult to do in our own, as navigating Sintra is not easy. It was a great day to end our vacation here.
