The Driver was kind and full of valuable information. He also had us timed perfectly to beat the big tour busses at every location, so we have 10-20 minutes before the large tours made the areas overwhelming.

Great experience. The driver was great, very knowledgeable. Beautiful, picturesque and overall a great tour even though it rained and was foggy at the start.

Peña Palace and Cabo Roca were beautiful. As we had a rainy day and it was a winter time - the stop in Cascais was too long and in the winter there is literally nothing to do.

We were lucky to get Bruno as our guide and driver. Great stories, history knowledge, communication skills, and humor. Also, if you worry that you are going to go on this tour alone - don't. You'll meet some wonderful people to keep you company. We had 5 people from 5 different countries. And the sightseeings were fascinating of course. A comfortable van. Amazing experience

The initiation well is advertised as part of the tour but it's not. You have to race there and navigate solo--I was the only one who made it. Other tour members noted our tour guide's rudeness. He told someone to relax while he was giving insufficient meetup point instructions that resulted in lateness. People were surprised he said relax in a dismissive way to one tour group member. He was described by 2 others as patronizing and unprofessional. He also failed to drop me off at my hotel location citing some issue which was never an issue for countless other tour guides. Another tour guide -- who took us to Porto, Obidos and Nazare, was immaculate so it really showed just how obnoxious and disorganized he was.

We had an amazing last-minute trip booked through GYG at 8 pm. Within 2 minutes of payment, the tour company confirmed our attendance via WhatsApp, even after working hours. Our guide, Bruno, shared captivating stories about the enchanting history of the Sintra Palace. He took us to Sintra Village and Cascais, and always ensuring our safety and providing free time to explore. A truly wonderful experience!

We signed up a few days in advance for this daytrip from Lisbon to Sintra, Pene Palace, Cabo Roca, and Cascais. Everything was well-organized and perfectly timed, allowing us to see everything with minimal wait times. Our guide, Bruno, was super helpful and sent lots of extras via WhatsApp. I definitely recommend this trip and the tour company.

Great time with Gustavo. He made the Pena Castle trip worth it but pre booking and avoiding long lines which made the trip very efficient. He was early everywhere and engaged throughout. Overall very good.
