My partner and I went early in the morning and Daisuke, our guide, guided us through the Circus Maximus with ease. He had a lot of knowledge and answered every question we had. Given it was a small group, we thought we would be joined by others but we were actually the only ones which made it more intimate. After the first part we went to the Baths where he provided so much detail, even from the surroundings that arent known to most people such as the age of trees or the opera platform in summer. He also carried a book with pictures which gave us such a detailed view of ancient rome. Overall experience he linked both sites very well and we had a very lovely experience.
10/10, would recommend

The idea of the tour is very appealing and I was really looking forward to it. With the right guide it could have been fantastic. Sadly our guide has been living in Rome for only 2 years and didnt seem very excited about what she was showing us. Some people in the group asked questions and the answer she gave was quite dismissive and having read up before, I knew they were untrue.
The tour has lots of potential but it was spoiled by a poor guide

We had a semi-private tour of Caracala. Our guide was excellent an very informative and we had a very interesting and enjoyable tour.

This was a very interesting tour. We didn't know much about the Caracalla Baths, so we learned alot. There are a surprising amount of floor mosaics still intact and the ruins are massive. Frederika was our guide and she was excellent. Very knowledgeable about Caracalla and Circus Maximus. She also offered some great tips on other places to check out.

The gentleman who was our guide was awesome!! He did a great job touring us around the baths and giving us a lot of history behind the circus Maximus.

The tour was fabulous due to our absolutely amazing guide Mauro. He was entertaining as well as informative and through his skill with language bought both the circus maximus and Baths of Caracalla alive. We attended as a family of four adults and we all enjoyed it equally! Grazie Mauro sei fantastico!
