I was travelling solo and booked this tour. When I showed up it was just me so I got a private tour. My guide Ms. Alev was very knowledgable about the sights we went to and had answers to all of my questions. I had a great time and learned a lot, would highly recommend!

I only had a few hours to see Istanbul and this tour was great! The guide shared a wealth of information and took me to the palace and mosques. He shared a lot of history and a love for his country. Thank you so much for making every moment count and I hope to return soon to see more!

The guide was lovely and informative. Extremely efficient was to fit 2000 years of history into a morning. I was also the only person, so exclusive experience. Also we added a bonus carpet store as we needed to wait for a bit to get into hagia sophia.
However I'd booked on a tuesday, and tokapi palace is closed on Tuesdays. As that's sort of the highlight of the tour, it would have been good if the company gave a heads up so I could have done the tour on a different day.

The tour covers all of the main tourist attractions. Burhan is very knowledgable about the city and its history, and share interesting stories that you will not get on a self-guided tour.

I rated this as 4* because Istanbul is just such a fabulous place and we did get to see a lot. The place is a magical place, well worth visiting, and the tour covered most of the areas we wanted to see.
That said, our guide was not the best. He would give very little information, mostly allowing us to just explore on our own after getting us to an area. What was worse was that he would bring the group to an area but then just leave without checking that everyone in the group was there. More than once we would look around to find that the group had gone, and we were not alone. Sometimes there were 4 or even 6 of us (and the group wasn't that big to start with) walking together as a group trying to figure out where he went.
Overall, well worth doing but maybe with a better guide.
