• DETOURS American West is not responsible for road or viewing conditions due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
• Arizona state law requires children under 8 years to have either a child seat or booster. Child seats are not provided, please bring your own and notify supplier
• Minimum age is 3 years and guest must inform supplier they will provide car seats or boosters.
• Wheelchairs and walkers are acceptable as long as they fold up and can be slid into the vehicle. You must let the supplier know if you are bringing either.
• We do not guarantee pickup for all hotels. Even if your hotel is on the list, there may be a chance you'll need to meet at an alternate location. Any guest staying outside of Phoenix, Scottsdale or Tempe will be required to meet at an alternate location to be determined by supplier. Tour supplier contact details will be provided on your pre-paid voucher.
• The Grand Canyon South Rim is a 7,000 foot elevation, please note this if you have concerns about altitude.
• There is NOT a restroom on the van. Comfort stops are made throughout the day.
• You must let the supplier know if there are any mobility concerns that they should be aware of.
• Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund

It was a wonderful experience. Mark was a wonderful guide and had immense knowledge of the entire circuit. Time allotted to each place, breaks in-between, comfort inside the vehicle - each and everything was wonderfully planned.

I have booked the tour only day in as advance. I was changed and emailed ticket. I made my way to the allocated pick up point as instructed. (£15 taxi charge). After waiting 30min I texted and called the tour operator and was informed that they will not pick me up as I have booked the trip too late. I was able to book a tour on the website but company was not able to deliver. I spent further £15 to get back to the hotel I stayed. No refund offered by the company.

I think the entire trip was memorable. Tracy, our guide was amazing. We started on time and reached on time with all the scheduled stops, isn’t that amazing!
