Death Valley National Park is the continental United States’ largest park, and also the hottest, driest and lowest. Despite these harsh conditions, the park’s more than 3-million acres are not simply desert plains. Harmony Borax Works was the central feature in the opening of Death Valley and the subsequent popularity of the Furnace Creek area. The plant and associated townsite played an important role in Death Valley history. Rhyolite Ghost Town was inhabited for just 12 years, but it flourished enormously during this short period.

I’m sorry to hear about your disappointing experience with Skyline Expedition, particularly with your tour guide. From his tardiness and flippant responses to his lack of expertise and poor communication skills, it’s evident that professionalism was sorely lacking. The loss of a member from your group further underscores the incompetence. His disregard for punctuality and inability to provide satisfactory customer service is unacceptable. Considering he lost a person questions his ability to be responsible and I fear for my safety never again

Heard about Death Valley for many years but never got a chance to visit. We were glad we did and thoroughly enjoyed the trip.
Our tour guide Bin did an excellent job. He knew the best sighting spots. He was helpful, patient, knowledgeable and also a safe driver.

This probably is the most valuable tour you can find for the similar attraction. Our trip was so well planned and organized by Bin, who is knowledgeable and patient with each one in the group. He managed to take us to as many as view points even if we are late on timeline of the trip which might result himself in getting home late. Highly recommended!

The stops on the tour were wonderful. Our guide, Johnny, was more of a driver than a tourguide. He didn't give us very much information during the full day tour. Should a small group tour have 13 people? Seems a little large.

Fantastic tour. We finally got round to doing Death Valley after a few trips to Las Vegas. The scenery made the 10-11 hour travel worthwhile.
Lots of stops to break up the travel. Fantastic views.
Our guide Bin was just fabulous.
Lovely man, very knowledgeable and felt safe with him driving.

Excellent! Bin was a knowledgeable and affable tour guide. He was patient with us when we arrived at the wrong meeting point (my mistake -- I misunderstood the instructions), and it felt like spending the day with a friend. It was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend.
