You will be picked from your hotel in downtown San Francisco, Nob Hill, The Wharf, and after the tour, we will bring you back to the same location.
We always make a short stop on the other side of the Golden Gate Bridge to take pictures and to compare temperatures there and in Sonoma.
On the way to the wineries, you will hear about the history of San Francisco and California, as well as about the wine industry in Sonoma and Napa.
On your way, you will see St. Quintin, the Mission San Rafael, and Marin County Civic Center building by Frank Lloyd Wright.
We will visit 2 wineries in Sonoma. Both tastings are included.
After the tastings, or in between the first and second tastings, we will visit Sonoma Plaza, the largest public square in California, ex northernmost point of Mexico, home of the last 21st Californian Mission and about 40 different restaurants.

The overall experience was OK at best. The van to transport us 1 hour to the Vineyards was Hot and very tight - not a very pleasant ride. The first Vineyard was at Peter's Cellar which was literally a guys home and we sat out in his backyard. The stop in Sonoma was nice, very neat little town. The second Vineyard, Roche, very nice and a very good host. I would not take this tour again.

Joe was awesome and informative. Would have enjoyed a roomier van, but it was nothing he could control. Would have enjoyed more of an immersive walk through the wine making experience. Joe was accommodating and helpful. He showed us points of interests around SF as well as Wine Country. Lowkey, we wanted more of a turn up, but we understand that this wasn’t the tour for that. LOL. Great time was had.

Trip was too expensive for what it includes. The best part was stopping for lunch and having photos near the golden bridge.

Winery selections for this tour were not really great - the more scenic wineries in sonoma are not included.

I would not recommend wasting your money on this. The driver was late, the van was more like a party bus with people puking and urinating on the side of the road, and they didn't even take us to the winery listed - they changed the itinerary without even sending an update. Our guide Joe was more interested in partying than giving a wine tour. Do a cheap bus tour for the same experience.

We had an unbelievably fun time with Jerry. His deep and broad knowledge of the area, wine and all of the culture surrounding it made the experience very special. We learned so much about how to taste, and think about wine. Highly recommended!!!

Our Tour Guide Randy was excellent. I definitely learned a lot from him about the history of San Francisco, Sonoma and Napa Valley. The wineries we visited had great products and I go again for sure.

Was only told the evening before it was cancelled via WhatsApp message as no one else had booked the tour. Would have been nice to be informed earlier considering international travellers don’t always have internet… plus side speedy full refund thank you!

The places our tour guide showed us in addition to his commentary and information supplied while driving along. The vineyards and wine were great as was the lunch in Sonoma. Enjoyed the company of the other people on the tour.
