1. Stonehenge
Embark on a wondrous journey into the ancient county of Wessex, traversing the mystical chalk hills that surround the legendary Stonehenge. As the first rays of the sun kiss the prehistoric site, step into a world shrouded in mystery and wonder. With a knowledgeable guide at your side, explore the magnificent Stone Circle, marvelling at its powerful presence and contemplating the enigmatic purpose of this awe-inspiring monument. Let your imagination run wild as you discover the secrets of its construction and ponder the questions that may never be answered.
2. Bath
Next, immerse yourself in the UNESCO-listed city of Bath, a place steeped in history, intrigue, and romance. Discover the ancient hot springs and explore the remains of the Roman baths, where the past comes alive before your very eyes (at your own expense). Follow in the footsteps of the Romans themselves as you wander the charming streets, taking in the stunning architecture and delightful sights that make this city so magical. If you wish to enter the Roman Baths you will be required to pre-book your entry. You can do this directly with The Roman Baths: Please book your entrance for: • 12:00PM | Summer Schedule | 1st March - 31st October • 3:30PM | Winter Schedule | 1st November - 28th February
3. Windsor Castle
As the day draws to a close, make your way to the magnificent Windsor Castle, the oldest and largest continuously occupied castle in the world. Here, in the heart of royal splendor, immerse yourself in the regal history of England. Explore the sumptuous state apartments, where kings and queens of old once held court and entertained their guests. Marvel at the reception rooms, resplendent with glittering chandeliers, exquisite tapestries, and priceless works of art. And finally, stand in awe before the Royal Chapel of St. George, the final resting place of many of England's most legendary monarchs, including Elizabeth II. Please note: • Windsor Castle is a working Royal residence, and as such can be subject to last-minute closures. •Please be aware there will be a walk of approximately 15 minutes from the coach park to Windsor Castle. Parts of the walk are uphill and may not be suitable for passengers with mobility issues.

• Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
• Windsor Castle is a working Royal residence, and as such can be subject to last-minute closures. Please be aware there will be a walk of approximately 15 minutes from the coach park to Windsor Castle. Parts of the walk are uphill and may not be suitable for passengers with mobility issues. St George’s Chapel is closed to visitors on Sundays as services are held throughout the day so you will not be able to enter the chapel. Access to St George’s Chapel may be limited on busy days and during service. On Tuesday & Wednesday Windsor Castle does not open. On these days we will still visit Windsor Town but entry to the Castle will not be possible. We will include entry to the Roman Baths instead, and then when in Windsor your guide will conduct a walking tour of this beautiful, historic town which will include photo opportunities of the Castle. (applicable to Tuesday & Wednesday only)
• British weather can be variable and so guests are advised to check the weather forecast and dress appropriately. It is recommended to bring some warm clothes with you especially in the winter months and layers are good for adapting to the ever-changing weather conditions. It is a good idea to wear appropriate footwear as there is walking involved on our tours. England is known for its rain so it is advisable to bring a waterproof jacket or umbrella with you.

I would recommend this tour over the larger groups. The day is long, but we were able to spend a bit more time at each stop due to our smaller group size. Our tour guide and driver did a great job.

This day tour was a highlight of our trip to London! Our guide (Michelle) was very friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience educational and informative for the adults as well as my 15yr old daughter. We got especially lucky because our tour had only a small group of just 4 people. We were expecting a group of 10 to 15 in a shuttle bus, but the black Mercedes minivan swapped for our smaller group was clean, comfortable and a nice surprise. Driver Paul was great, too. If you want to see three iconic and historic destinations in a single day, book this tour! Windsor Castle is filled with incredible history. Stonehendge was amazing to finally see first hand after reading about it since childhood. My teenager loved the ancient Roman Baths tour and seeing the famous areas around Bath used in many TV shows and movies (such as Bridgerton, Les Miserables, and almost any Jane Austin adaptation ever made).

Perfect day with Edward, our guide in a small group! We would never have been able to see all these sites in one day without this tour. Edward was enthusiastic and a great guide that got us in and out of Stonehenge, Bath and Windsor expertly.

We did the small group tour with Valentina. She was very enthusiastic and knowledgable of the history of London and England. Valentina was very friendly and took the time to talk to everyone in the group one on one during the bus rides between locations. Valentina navigated each location to ensure our small group tour avoided the mass crowds and was able to see each point of interest best. Valentina was by the best tour guide during our trip to London .

Our guide Edward was truly incredible. His knowledge of Stonehenge is mind boggling. He explained how it became to be and dispelled many rumors. He was engaging and very very helpful. Then next stop was windsor castle, Edward told us how to get the most of our time at the castle. Finally Bath, again gave us the history of Bath and also pointed out great picture locations. On the way home he and the driver strategized the best route to London so as to miss the traffic. I cant thank him enough for making our trip so special. Thank you Edward and international friends.

Visiting Stonehenge, Bath, Lacock and Avebury with archaeologist Dr Edward Shepherd was the highlight of our family's trip to London and surrounds. Edward is an excellent communicator and down-to-earth guide who draws on his passion for archaeology, history and nature to bring these ancient places to life. It was a privilege to visit Stonehenge with someone who has helped dig there, uncovering stories about how the larger Stonehenge site was built and used. Edward was also incredibly generous and patient with our 10-year-old budding archaeologist (and, frankly, wanna-be adult ones too), answering all questions with a combination of expertise and humour. We all came away from the day inspired, awed and very grateful. We would recommend this tour and Edward's guiding unreservedly. Do it!

We had 5 people plus the guide and driver, which is nice. Everyone was on time and respectful/helpful to others. The guide was very well informed and had good communication skills. He talked on our level, provided us much insight and history. It was a great experience.
