First off, we had a small, timely group. Always improves the trip. Edward was GREAT! We got into Stonehenge first and we were able to enjoy before crowds started. Bath was pretty, but it was hot. Also, a weekend, so very crowded. The castle was interesting, but the headsets are little cumbersome. Our driver was safe . We drove through some beautiful country side.

Our guide Edward was extremely knowledgeable! His command of history and his knowledge of and enthusiasm for Archaeology was wonderful. We saw a lot and learned even more. Even our driver said “He’s my favorite guide. I have learned so much from him” Edward is also a professor and I wish we could take one of his courses. His students like his clients are very fortunate! We love the small group format!

The day trip was very nice with Valentina and Dominic. It was a nice way to get around to see Stonehenge, Bath, and Windsor Castle without a renting a car. My suggestion is not to buy a ticket into the Roman Bath (you can decide day of) and take the free time to explore the city and grab lunch. It’s a very long day, so I suggest not doing anything the night before and getting a good nights sleep. Pick up time was 7:30am and we got back into London around 6:30pm.

We had a wonderful day with our tour guide Dr Edward Shepard. He was terrific. It was a long day, but Ed made it so interesting and enjoyable. We learned a lot and highly recommend this tour to Stonehenge, Bath and Windsor.

The sites were amazing, partly because our tour guide, Katherine, made the drive enjoyable & informative…& our driver, Dominick, was accommodating & wonderul. The pick-up location by worked out smoothly..& the new coach was gr8. It was a long day.. but totally worth it… 🇬🇧👏🏼🙂
