The tour was fantastic and the guide highly knowledgeable. Not only were we in a small group so it was very personable we went to a bit smaller wineries and we were the only tour present at these wineries which was a far better experience then going with large groups or at large wineries with multiple tours going.
The first winery the tour took us to (Fattoria Poggio Capponi) had gorgeous views, phenomenal wine and the order price was extremely reasonable and far leas than “larger” wineries. The second winery (Podere dell’Ansimo di Forconi Fabrizio) was a smaller family run organic winery which showed a side rarely seen by larger tours.

Rebecca took our family to 2 lovely wineries in Tuscany not far at all from her wine bar in Florence. She was a marvelous host and guide, and the experience at each of the wineries was fantastic. The first was a thorough introduction to all of Tuscan wine, and the second was a whirlwind hosted by the proprietor of the vineyard. He joined us for lunch and never stopped teaching throughout the delicious meal. Our family highly recommends spending a day with this group.

We had a nice afternoon. Our guide Ellie was very nice and knowledgeable.
However, I was disappointed with the wineries that were chosen. I know they were going to be family run vineyards but was really hoping to be “wowed” by one of them. I have been to other wineries in Tuscany that left me speechless with the atmosphere, landscape and view. Lunch at the second vineyard was meats and cheeses followed by Tuscany bread soup. Literally tomato sauce with bread in it and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. It was in a courtyard rather than on a beautiful hillside overlooking the vineyards.
It was a let down knowing how great it could have been. It felt like they cheaped out (the wine we tasted was good but definitely budget bottles) and we paid a premium price.
I give it a 4 bc the wineries weren’t “bad” and the guide was good, I was just expecting better for how much we paid. I would not recommend this to a friend. There is definitely better out there.

This is an excellent way to see Tuscany, and enjoy the wine and the food of Chianti. Our tour guide, Dario was so very helpful, and knowledgeable about the wine and the region. We took a few tours with this company in 2019, and came back again for another. We will definitely be taking additional tours with this company. Highly recomemnd.

This was one of the most fun days we had on our trip. Our guide (Gianmarco Rossi) was so very knowledgeable, spoke wonderful English, so kind and personable. We visited two family, organic wineries. The owners at the wineries were so welcoming and each winery was totally different. The group size is perfect - not too large and not too small. We laughed and learned about each other’s trip. Cannot say enough about what a great tour it was.

We had a great time. Loved looking at Tuscany countryside and both wineries were very charming. We learned a lot from Gianmarco, our guide, and the owners of the two wineries. Wine tasting was great, along with the accompanying food. Wine that was ordered arrived promptly.

Such a great trip. We had a phenomenal tour guide, Matteo, who was very knowledgable. He was a good driver and made sure we saw everything we needed to see along the way. Wine at both stops was great (I spent too much sending some home!). The food at the second was to die for. Didn’t eat the rest of the day! Thanks team.

We had a terrific time on the Chianti tour. Our host, Gabriele, was knowledgeable and friendly. We enjoyed visiting the family-owned vineyards, drinking great wine, and eating the delicious food. Well done.

This was one on our highlights during our trip through Italy. Each stop gave an intimate, personal experience. Our guide was world class. Ben was exceptionally knowledgeable of the area and wine itself. Well worth it.
