With Antonella we felt like we were eating like the locals. Is there a better way to learn more about the culture than through food? Her knowledge of what to eat in the food markets helped make our trip even more incredible and now we can eat like a Florentine.

Spectacular tour. Magnificent views and Antonella was so knowledgeable, friendly and warm. We had a challenge getting in one place we had tickets for she quickly pivoted and we were able to see other things.

Laura was wonderful! Knowledgeable but also very engaging and she kept our 13 year old interested. I highly recommend her! Also the ease of someone else booking the tickets and arranging everything is very helpful.

Our tour guide Lara was extremely knowledgeable in an entertaining way. We learned a great deal about Florence’s history and art. The tour was the perfect length at 3 hours.

We had a wonderful tour and we really appreciated having the insights to the Florentino culture. The sights were expected to be spectacular, but learning the history made the tour so much more interesting.

We found our guide, Mikayla, easily at the designated piazza. She was friendly and knowledgeable and had an infectious enthusiasm for the Italian art and history of Florence. Despite the 100 degree F weather, she managed to hold our attention and even accommodated a request to stop for Gelato!
Having seen the David once before, Mikayla did an incredible job building knowledge and appreciation to a level I didn’t expect to have when we arrived at the original David in the Academia! My teen daughter wasn’t excited about this tour but when we finished, dripping in sweat and exhausted, she said, “That was really fun! Mikayla was awesome!”
Five stars! I highly recommend this active walking tour with Mikayla!
