This was so much fun especially since we didn’t know what to expect. First time experiencing a rainforest and viewing such a magnificent waterfall so close up!

Overpriced for what it is. On the day we went it broke down. Rude korey was having a power trip telling people what to do, and when we told him the line was now moving, and going again , he stopped just short of calling liars. Had to get the lovely manager to sort him out.

We went up on the Skyrail – Altogether this was a great day trip, however quite expensive if you have a family.
We thought the Skyrail was excellent, travelling through and over some great scenery and saw what they say is the world’s oldest rainforest - overall this ride was value for money.

The hardest thing about this experience is knowing what to book from the website (needs some work) but once you book the experience and service is out of this world - such a worthwhile thing to do in FN QLD
Highly recommend

It was called a day trip but should have been called “half day trip” as it picked us up at 12 and returned by 6. The driver on the way was great, really informative. The skyrail was lovely, the scenery was spectacular, the train ride was possibly not our thing as it was really long and it was unpleasantly hot but the staff onboard the train are fantastic and handed out handheld fans.

The cable car ride is spectacular but the train ride is slow and a bit tedious despite the awesome engineering. Would recommend going up and back by cable car.

DISAPPOINTED with this company. Booked to be picked up from Port Douglas and was told that they don't do that, (why offer it) luckily I had a car rental to drive myself 45 mins to the station. Skyrail canceled due to Covid (not enough people booked) and was offered a replacement trip to the Table Lands.
On the day I was informed only 30 mins before train left station that this tour was also canceled due to not enough people booked (again why offer it) I planned a full day out with my granddaughter (as offered my this company) -Train, Village and Table Lands tour. Instead it was Train, a rush through the Village and on the bus back to the station with a headache due to company lack of communication.
If the Covid is going to be around for awhile you need to rethink about what you are offering and stick to it. Even a car tour around the Table Lands would have been wonderful if you didn't have enough people for bus
I am one if the lucky ones who still has money to spend do you want it or not?

Loved the train up to Kuranda...it stopped twice on the way. And then the skyrail down, over the rainforest canopy! Kuranda is a cute little town with fun shops, lunch spots and a neat market area.

Cant recommend this company and their tours enough.
Whilst you could organise it yourself they make it really easy.
We started with a Pickup from our accommodation in Port Douglas, they were on time and straight away our driver gave us a personalised itinerary for the day, which included our tickets to the Skyrail and Train.
We were delivered to the Tjupakei aboriginal cultural centre for a tour of the various demonstrations and then walked next door to the Skyrail.
This cable car trip is in 3 stages and is breathtaking throughout, especially the lookout for Barron falls. We had a look around Kuranda and the markets and a meal before boarding the Scenic train back to Freshwater where our Down under tours coach was waiting for us.
The companies organisation was spot on , which made a for a relaxing day.
