We have been here 3 times in the last 18 months and I am sure today will be the last time. The quality of the food has gone down hill, from the tasteless oysters to the lamb being so raw then cooked more till it was as dry as a bone., the dumplings pastry was dried out as if they had been sitting there for ages.The classic was ordering coffees and they were cold as they had run out of teaspoons and we were given a paper straw each to stir our coffee.

Great experienced, nice view and perfect time to dinner at 5 PM (sunset) in the middle of May

Great views and service. The food options could be better and the lobster was not replenished. It appears less expensive dishes were served. IMO it is not worth the price. The restaurant looked tired and need of a refresh on the carpeting/flooring.

It was a great experience & view was amazing. There is plenty of time to see more than 1 lap around. Definitely worth doing just for the view. As the food was buffet it tended to be a bit cold & dry.

The experience was good, taking photos wasn’t that great as you go the glare from the glass, and the choice in the buffet wasn’t great. Expensive experience for what you got!

Sky Tower was booked for 4 people, one of our party has taken poorly and was unable to attend. Sky Tower team triggered a refund, however Viator declined this request to refund for this 😔

View was incredible, food selection was ok. Bad part they will not heat up in hot water the lobster and you have to eat it cold. Most fancy restaurants in California will do this for you because not everyone like it cold.

Very disappointed experience!!!only the good thing is the view!!! The food was just ok, very ordinary food, dessert was already made, the staff was just there for cleaning and the men toilet, horrible!!! Personally I don’t recommend this place!

Beautiful views! Food was good and plenty of options. We would rate this higher but they cleared our table while we were getting desert including our partially consumed drinks. They did reseat us and provide replacement drinks. Some seafood was hard to eat without having access to the claw crackers. Amusingly, when they reseated us, the table had a bowl to dispose of crab shells, etc. as well as hand cleaner towels. Our original table setting did not provide the same.
