A must if ever visiting Chicago. Views are amazing. Pay extra to get the front of the line pass. I was scared to death stepping out on the clear (enclosed) ledge, but it was worth it. You will love it.

The experience was great. We went when the weather was negative degrees outside so it’s hard to want to be outside and see the sights, that being said the immersive experience as you walk through was wonderful! We got to take pictures in front of famous Chicago landmarks without fighting the cold. Once we got to the top it was absolutely stunning. The staff at the ledge was so nice. Since we went to a 9:30 tour there weren’t many people there so we got to take tons of pictures and didn’t have to worry about the 2 minute time limit. We even got back on line (which was no wait) and take pictures again because we couldn’t get enough! A Chicago must do!

The day on which we'd purchased advance tickets was rainy and cloudy, with no visibility. To our surprise, they offered us money back or rescheduling the next day (even though the website said they were sold out - they reserve extra tickets for this purpose.) We returned the next morning and saw a few tops of buildings through the low clouds - which was still an awe-inspiring view. But we'll have to return to really see the full view someday.

The experience itself was beautiful at the very top! However, coming from someone who has years of experience working in customer service, I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the employees that work there. Not only were they unhelpful with the directions/guidelines the entire night, they also treated us poorly and rudely. For example, I was given an unsolicited opinion about my sexuality by an employee that hurt me and my fiancé terribly. They seemed as if they were annoyed at the fact that we were even there to begin with. They demonstrated a severe lack of professionalism.

The visibility was zero and couldn’t see anything outside at all. Wish they could give another chance for us to go back when the weather is better. Not worth the money spent for the ticket.

We were unable to do the tour due to the weather. There was no visibility snowing. Staff could care less and advised us to reach out to Viator for a refund. What a waste of a day

Skydeck Chicago was really cool. The walk up check in was as awesome as the views!! I came with my 2 adult kids. Great trip to Chicago
