We had to arrive 15 minutes before the official start. However, the guide was 30 minutes late. So we didn't head towards the Vatican until 45 minutes after our arrival.

Very efficient access to the Vatican. The tour itself was terrible, just moving cattle through rooms but that wasn't the tour operator's fault.

Schedule was delayed. Group increased to more than 20 people. Poor deliverance. Tour guide inefficient, could not hear well.

Our tour guide, Monica, was knowledgeable and friendly. We quickly bypassed long lines and entered the Vatican right away. Monica kept our group together and took us through all the best parts of the Vatican. A truly wonderful experience and was chosen as the best part of our Italian vacation by our entire family.

We were asked to leave the tour because my husband is a little slower than most. He would have been able to keep up if given the chance. Extremely discriminatory! I would like my money back!!

We had booked a 1:30pm tour and got a message the day before that it had been cancelled and we could reschedule for 3:20... which we did. It was so crowded, packed in like sardines for the full time... the tour guide rushed us through so fast that you literally couldn't appreciate any part of the tour, our focus was only on not getting left behind as not only our tour guide was going so fast, but also guides from other groups were also rushing through so you had tours crossing each other, it was 3 hours of madness. Would not recommend

Booked this tour which lasts for 2 hrs, and it was great, Alex was very knowledgeable and he showed us around pointing at what we need to remember.
Unfortunately at the end we couldn’t get into the St Peter Basilica as it was closed for another 40 min.
If you don’t want to be in line for hours, take this tour.

The Vatican is overtly crowded. You don't get to experience anything and is definitely not worth the price tag.

The tour operator were fantastic.
Great communication, really easy to use and getting into Vatican City was a breeze thanks to the skip the line tickets we purchased.
We received our confirmation followed by several reminders and then our ticket QR came through digitally which was very simple indeed.
Once we were at the self serve ticket station there was a member of staff who was more than happy to help use if we had any problems.
We chose the self guided tour so we could go round at our won pace. You could hire a commentary guide for €8 which we found was helpful in herring and understanding what we were seeing.
At this point I can not fault the tour operator at all!!!
The facility’s in Vatican City were suburb, very clean and well maintained.
The artwork and artefacts were breathtaking, however we were slightly underwhelmed and disappointed with the Sistine Chapel. The guards in there are very rude and abrupt and you are herded through like cattle and can’t really take in or fully appreciate Michelangelo’s work!
Again I must stress this was nothing to do with the operator, just the guards and our experience in the Sistine Chapel, hence the 4 stars.

Was visiting with my mom. We were able to skip the line but not before witnessing a fist fight in the booking office between the guides, which was unexpected and frightening. One guide threw a soda can during the melee and it hit me. Requested a refund, but none was given. Very unprofessional. Would recommend looking elsewhere for a guide.
