Susaba took us to the Vatican, Sixtine chapel and st peter basilique this morning. It was just perfect experience with many fun facts and thanks to her experience we were able to access restricted areas. Susana is a great guide . Thank you!

She skipped trough the museum and we did not have time to see the rooms we visited, which was less than a quarter of the whole museum. The Sistine chapel was explained really good, but the st. Peter basilic was not explained at all and furtheremore the guide advised us not to listen to other guides while in the basilic.

The experience was my first with a tour guide but a second visit. The tour guide was very informative and did her best to keep everyone together during the very crowd experience. Unfortunately my only feedback was that there was little time for us to take pictures or appreciate the art. I would recommend having a longer tour or specifying minimal pictures able to be taken. I think the Vatican should do a better job of limiting the crowds as well. Would help everyone to learn more and enjoy the experience.

We bought this tour specifically to have the skip the line entrance to St Peter's Basilica. We usually buy to the actual entities (Vatican museums, in this case), but we chose this because of what it guarantees.
However, once we got to the Sistine chapel, the guide noticed the passage to the basilica was closed. She said we needed to go other way. We then left the Vatican museums, walked for 20 minutes and waited for 50 minutes in the regular queue to enter the Basilica. When confronted about this, the guide argued that there was nothing she could do, that skip the line entrance was not guaranteed (according to the ticket conditions) and that we were lucky for her to stay with us explaining what we would find inside ("on the right you'll find X, and on the left Y"). No transparency whatsoever, just ignoring the fact that we were not getting what was supposed to.
This company is selling something that they cannot guarantee. I'm waiting from a proper response from them and the subsequent refund.
