Oscar was excellent guide who was well informed and passionate about the countless exhibits in the Vatican museum. Skip the line is a must unless you like queuing for 3 hours

What a great tour. Eddy our guide was knowledgeable, interesting and entertaining. The tour was at just the right pace for us and skipping the queues was fantastic because they get very long here.

About two weeks before our trip we were notified the morning tour we had booked had been canceled and we could get a refund or choose an afternoon tour. We chose the afternoon tour and that got canceled the night before the tour. The funny thing is that we never saw the email informing us of the cancelation and went to the meeting spot at the time of the tour. When we got there we were told our tour guide had just called in sick, which now we know was clearly a lie. We traveled from far, spent a lot of time planning and in the end had to visit all these places by ourself and without any guidance. We tried talking to the tour guide to see if we could join another group but they didn't want to help. If you don't want any surprises, I would suggest choosing another company for your tour.

Fred our guide was excellent - we got far more out of our visit than if we had gone alone and would highly recommend

I really enjoyed our tour guide, Valentino. Expert guide. I also really appreciated his colleague who helped to get us in line and help with our wheelchair. So the actual people on the ground are excellent.

But the tour company in general does nothing to follow up with you or answer questions. We arrived to St. Peter's Basilica, the "meeting point" was incorrect according to the pin that the company provided, and then no one answered my calls and texts to the company phone number provided.

So, the people are great, but the corporate tour company is disorganized. It's too frustrating to deal with when you are touring with older people. Maybe recommended for younger people who can handle the corporate side.

Fabulous experience. Easy booking, clear communication. Worth the money. Doriana, our guide, most gracious and knowledgeable (PhD in Archeology from Bologna University). Highly recommend

The tour guide was very knowledgeable and very enthusiastic about the paintings and the art in general. There were just too many people and so much noise that it was hard to enjoy the experience. There were too many groups in the area at one time. The Sistine Chapel was awful! The actual chapel was magnificent as far as the art, but there were way too many people on there at one time. We were all packed in there like sardines. There was not even enough room to turn around. I could not wait to get out of there. It was not enjoyable. The volume of people needed to be regulated better.

Not impressed with this tour. The guide was nice enough. Just got boring for everyone in our group. Not what we expected

The tour was very well organised. Valentina was a wonderful and very experienced guide, and she spoke so passionately about the history and the art.
