Buy this to be able to skip the lines if it is expected to be busy. Me and my family of four did this a few days before Christmas of 2023 and it was worth it for us. It basically gets you VIP access through security lines that the general public has to go through.

Knowing if it is prime season for these tours is helping in getting true value. We paid almost triple the cost for an admission ticket for skip the line access however the wait time on the day we toured was 10 minutes maximum. The tour operator and team were efficient and effectively did their job and I would recommend them during high tourist season. So my caution is to do your research first to determine if you truly need the service you are paying for

Efficient and friendly service. It was easy to find the meeting point. Skip-the-line makes a difference if you are with aged family members or simply not into long queuing

Incredible artwork is to be found at every turn. A bit crowded, but that is to be expected, though I was surprised by the numbers even in November.

We were in time in front of the museum entry waiting at the stairs. No one showed up. 5 minutes after meeting time (13:50) we entered the museum ourselves and asked one of the museum personal. He pointed us to the other side of the street where we went down the stairs to the parallel street. There we called the contact number. They told us that the guide has waited there and has disappeared now. Our tickets have been gone. I would give a -1 rating if I could. The only reason for the +1 rating is that another group of the operator was there to enter 45min after our ‘no waiting time’ appointment and brought us in.
So in summary: no time saving - in fact additional waiting time. Call center doesn’t have a glue. Not worth the money!!

Service is good, everything works great. But the museum is overcrowded, I left earlier because I couldn’t stand the mess, I would never go back again.

We had a wonderful time after we found the meeting place. My fault not their fault. I forgot the printed instructions on our cruise ship. Great way to skip the line and see the Vatican on your own.

We didn't want a guided tour of the Vatican which is why we booked these tickets. We had to wait for the rest of the people who booked the non-tour tickets before heading into the Vatican Museum. The "guide" gave us a very short overview of what we were going to see, a map, and a short description of how to get into the museum. We did not realize that you cannot go back out after going in. We wanted to grab something to eat before the start of the tour outside of the museum but ran out of time. Luckily we were let back in with our tickets. We learned the hard way so you don't have to!
