We met promptly at the tour time and managed to see everything promised to us. The tour guide wasn't very engaging and delivered the tour in simple English to the point where it was more basic than we were hoping. The earpieces didn't work spectacularly and the guide showed no interest in listening to their guests and fixing the problem. Seems like no matter which guide you go with, you have barely any time to read a plaque or enjoy the museum, however a guide with more engagement and story telling would've been much better.

The tour was brilliant, our guide Patricia was amazing. Super knowledgeable and super good at getting us into prime position to see items of interest. Loved it.

So sad our tour was canceled after traveling all the way to Rome to see the Vatican. Viator communicated with us to let us know the tour guide had fainted… so no fault of theirs: however, they did not try to make it up to us for all the planning and inconvenience we incurred trying to make this event happen for our family. Had to leave Rome without seeing the Vatican.

I enjoyed my visit. I had a guided tour which was full of information unfortunately I believe with a guide you get information on what you do see but you dont get the full experience of seeing all of the museums. Or guide left us after the sistine chapel so we just walked around st Peter's ourselfs. I would have enjoyed it more had our guide walked around st Peter's and given us more information as other tours still had their guides. Over all I'm glad I went

This tour was well organized, very easy to find the meeting spot and friendly staff members. Our guide was wonderful, spoke very good English and was giving out lot of interesting information. Well done!

I cannot tell you how much my dad and I loved this tour! Our tour guide knew lot of information about the Vatican, was well organized, and very friendly. You could tell that she really enjoyed her job. I would recommend this tour to family and friends!

We had a great trip through the Vatican with Tjana. She lives and breathes history and knows the Vatican Museums inside out.
She kept us entertained the whole way along with useful information and was always smiling. Highly recommended.

I booked the Vatican tour with this agency last second, but it was the highlight of my trip! The group was small, the staff very helpful and the meeting point easy to find. The guide, Tijana, was great, her English level was very good so she was very easy to follow. The Vatican can be overwhelming due to the number of artworks present, but with a guide, it was so much better! Thank you Tiajana and romabout for the experience!
