Anna was superb today on our tour to see the David and the Uffizi Gallery. She was knowledgable, kind, thoughtful, patient and a joy. Thank you!

Our guide was extremely knowledgeable regarding the various art pieces we viewed but not pretentious in any way. She also extended our time due to a delay entering the Ufizzi gallery which was very kind of her.

Claire was great and thorough about the highlights. We were a few minutes late and it was not a problem. Great tour.

Brilliant tour. Guide was so knowledgable and friendly. Instructions of where to meet a bit misleading, it was in an office a few doors up the street. Highly recommended

Tour too long. Spent too much time standing in one place talking about one thing. Could have seen more or reduced time to 3 hours.

Our guide Chiara, was so engaging with us as a small group, and knowledgeable of the history of the pieces we saw. Willing to expand beyond her planned explanations to answer questions. The day was wet, and as she pointed out, there is only so much she can do to "skip the line" even in the rain. Can't imagine trying to see all this without a guide or in a large group.

Our guide was Steffi, born and brought up in Florence. She was an excellent guide, very knowledgeable about the history of the art works and the city. The group size was perfect given how busy the museums, streets and palazzos were. The tour was well paced with head sets that ensured we could hear all the information on offer and allowed us to explore our surroundings while listening. Highly recommended. Thanks Steffi!

I was very impressed with both our guide Sharif and the tour operator. Our start time was moved to an earlier time and this was clearly communicated through notification via my Viator mobile app.

We had a wonderful tour of the Accademia. We had an early start time and walked straight from the meeting place to the Accademia, our guide gave us each a ticket, and we walked straight in.

After touring the Accademia, Sharif gave us a wonderful walking tour on our way the the Uffizi Gallery. We had a little hiccup at that point due to our early start time. Our timed entry to the Uffizi Gallery was based on our original (later) start time, which meant we arrived at the Uffizi Gallery with 20 minutes to spare. Sharif took lemons and made lemonade! He offered to show us a couple of nearby sights to fill that time, or free time as we preferred.

A top notch tour! Very satisfied!

Iacopo was our guide and he did a terrific job. Great communication from viator as to the meet up location. The process runs very smoothly from there. Have booked viator tours in several countries and always meets expectations. Tour was awesome, good round up of what to see in Florence.
