Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and accommodating to a family with two very small children (Ages 4 & 5). We enjoyed ourselves immensely and would recommend this to any families who would like to see the Vatican that have small children with them.

Guide was knowledgeable but talked a bit too much at places. No bathrooms nearby, so be sure to use the facilities before you go. Be sure to be ion time for the consideration of others in your group. We waited for two other families to arrive and it out everyone behind with the rest of their plans.

The tour was very organized and we got right in the places without having to wait in long lines. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable but she talked very fast and with her accent it was hard to understand what she was saying half of the time.

We absolutely loved our tour guide, Maria ! She was truly wonderful and Ali was so helpful and friendly too right before the tour started !!
The only complicated part was figuring out where to get in line for the tour but Ali helped us navigate that process. Thank goodness he was there to help us. He was great too !

We had booked Skip the Line : Tour of Colosseum,
Roman Forum & Palatine Hill offered by "Whats in Italy Tours" and we had a terrible experience. We called them the day of the tour and they asked us to come to the meeting point and when we reached there, we came to know the tour was cancelled. This was so unprofessional at the last minute. Luckily some other tour company standing outside the metro station was able to accomodate us and we were able to see the Colosseum. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

After chaotic meeting point experience, such as: 8 inch sign in 400 people sidewalk crowd; Representatives who didn’t know what tour group they were working for; highly unorganized at tour start. Finally the guide did a good job once initial obstacles were surpassed. I would probably caution others if planning to take this tour, Plus GPS location of meeting point was 1/2 mile inaccurate.

The tour was great, lots of info and the guide was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer our questions. There was still a little bit of waiting in the line, but I guess that is to be expected with so many people.

We really enjoyed, our guide Zahra was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was nice to be able to have a part guided tour and part free roaming ticket to see everything. Our ticket time for the colosseum changed on the day but our guide got in contact and sorted it out so we could visit the other parts beforehand which was fantastic. There was so much to see and some fantastic views.

Guide was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Delt with the crowds calmly and moved us through the lineups with minimum wait. The guided tour was longer than we had expected. So great of him to share his time and knowledge.
