Guide was at the meeting point on time and took us through to the entry point within the Vatican which was really easy.

A bit confusing finding the meeting location; but once we did, we were so glad we had booked this. Dario took us right to the entrance. He was great.

Our reservation was cancelled two hours before the scheduled tour.
No reasons were given. Didn’t get an option for an alternate time. Totally unacceptable customer service.

Easy to find, very little queueing, was nice to wander around on our own. Lots of people to help outside the museum to ensure you’re in the right place

The displays are incredible, but we didn’t know much about most of them, we were not given a map so we just wandered around and relying on memory enjoyed it very much.
Only negative were the groups of 40-50 people taking up the entire room with no room to pass!

Be prepared for crowds. But that’s to be expected. Take your time. The goal is not to rush’. Spend 6 or 8 hours here. Go through each stop twice. You are looking at the greatest pieces of art and culture. Take photos. Walk the garden.

Absolutely worth the cost! The guide meets you at the pick up location (pizza restaurant) a block away and walks your group right up to the ticket entrance inside pass security. By passes all the lines (that were really long at 830 am). 100% worth it!
