Skip the line is the only way to go in Rome because it is very crowded and 45,000 people a day go thru the museum. Our guide Christina was wonderful. She was so knowledgeable and got us through the crowd so we could see as much of the museum as possible.

These people are rude and have zero patience. I was waiting for them at the meeting point with other guides, but no one showed up or even contacted me, until I call them and they asked me to meet them somewhere nearby which I could not hear clearly with the crowd. One man finally came to pick me up and led me to their office for the tickets. However since I booked another tour at the same time for me friends and was hoping to we can merge the two groups and enter together and they refused, so I gave up trying and left after I claimed my tickets from them. Anyone should try to avoid this company since there are plenty of greats ones out there. Terrible service.

For the cost of this tour, there should be headsets provided for the entire time. Taking the extra time to pick up headsets at the Vatican and return is less than optimal. Plus the tour guide should be talking via headsets entire tour. A second comment is the time, very oversold with too many people congested with other tours.

Our tour guide was really knowledgable and nice but my group could not keep up with her pace. It felt like we were running through the entire museum and we didn't have the chance to actually see anything in it, take pictures, or learn more about what was there. This isn't only the tour guide's fault: it was really busy at the Vatican Museum, BUT, we paid to see the museum and it felt like we "saw" it but didn't really "see" it. I could only take pictures while I was walking, otherwise I would be left behind and out of earshot of the guide's transmitter. There was not enough time to see everything, but by the end of the tour, my group was too tired from running through the museum to go back and re-look at things we glanced over. We also weren't huge fans of the tour guide audio transmitters. They didn't fit on our ears very well and kept falling off, especially for people with multiple ear piercings or smaller ears. The transmitters were owned by the Vatican Museum which meant that the entire tour group walked from our meeting location to inside the museum without any directions from our tour guide. We then had to wait in line to get the transmitters and to return them at the end of the tour. I think most tour companies have their own transmitters so they didn't have to borrow them from the museum and I think that's a good idea and I wish our tour had that. It saves time (about 10 minutes total) and can fit more comfortably in ears using normal earplugs.

Vatican experience was a must do for us. Your was good. Price of tour was different for all couples depending on how you bargained with salesman inside the tour facility, so wait to you get to the tour office before you buy ticket for better deal if you know how to make a better deal.

Way too crowded to even call it a museum. My wife and I just did a skip the line pass + guided tour here. While the tour guide was great and the museum and Sistine Chapel had some amazing features, it was impossible to move around or even breathe. They clearly have one goal in mind, stuffing as many people in the crowded church hallways as possible. Sadly this was a big let down and I would not recommend in the slightest.

Would have given more stars except for the fact that the tour guide we had was not enthusiastic and it felt like it was a chore for him. He seemed in a hurry to finish the tour. And the headsets weren’t working well at all so at times we couldn’t hear anything he was saying. Not impressed with the guide at all. The positive points were that we didn’t have to wait long to get inside - really skipped the line. The museums were really impressive and the Sistine chapel was truly amazing.

An awesome place to see and our guide gave us so much wonderful information throughout. Very knowledgeable and enthusiastic.
But the venue was hideously oversold and so crowded in parts.
