We had a difficult and disappointing tour of the Sisi Museum because of the large number of people that are forced into very small space. We were shoulder to shoulder to chest to butt with other tour groups pushing through our group. As a result, it was very uncomfortable being physically touched so extensively and bumped around. Also, there was no way to see what are guide was talking about. The outside tour was good.

This was a great tour. The tour guide was very energetic and entertaining. We learned lots of history that gets swept under the rug elsewhere.

The flower garden was just out of this world.. All the flowers bloomed and well maintained

Alex provided a well-organized tour. He was very generous in his detailed descriptions and stories. He was able to put information into a chronological order, which really helped with understanding the people involved and the historical settings.

Our guide Alexander was amazing. He was so passionate about the stories he shared and was a wealth of Austrian history. Nothing he did was scripted. He knew his stuff. My only complaint was that the museum was wall to wall people which made me very uncomfortable, even with an assigned entry time for our group. The groups were not really spread out. No surprise, two days later, I tested positive for Covid. Not a fun way to finish vacation.

The design of the Sisi Museum is very narrow and not conducive to groups of 25 people. The tour guide Alex was very knowledgeable (perhaps spoke a little too much), but it was difficult to hear him in some spots. As a minimum the tour needs headsets for all guests as many other tours do.
