The park has some great theming and great shows. I'm afraid that's were the good points end.

I went in May and avoided holidays but nevertheless the park was packed and wait times for rides 2-3 hours (see picture). Don't think one can buy an "express pass" to get around wait times. The "express pass" waits are only marginally shorter than standard lines. There is seemingly no control over the number of "express" passes sold and at busy times the wait with an "express pass" can be several hours. My worst experience was waiting three hours for "Red Force" despite having an "express pass" waiting over an hour was the norm. In addition it is often difficult to find which is the normal line and which is the "express" line. The sign posting is extremely poor and gets covered by the people queuing. There is zero staff around to ask or control/guide the lines. As a result the long lines were getting mixed up and it was chaotic. On my first day I went on two rides between 10 am and 4 pm and saw two shows each of less than half an hour. On the second day I managed to get on 5 rides between 10am and 7pm despite having an "unlimited express pass".

The park simply doesn't have enough capacity for the number of entrance tickets sold. Rides themselves are temperamental and prone to being shut for long periods. Food is poor and often canteen, serve yourself, style. Even so, the queues are again long. I waited over 30 mins in line to get a late lunch. Should you want a coffee or ice cream - again be prepared for a long wait. There is too often only one member of staff at each outlet who has to take the orders, make the milkshakes, make the sundaes, serve the ice cream and take the money.

All in all this park is incredibly expensive for what you end up getting and will leave you very frustrated. The "express pass" system is shocking.

Nice park but hours of endless waiting 4 hours for an attraction only one person who takes care of the small rides so waste of time Ferrari land which only opens at 5 p.m. endless waits 1st day a big attraction done and second day 2 attractions It's shameful, moreover, people who buy a pass become the owner....the rich before the beggars., staff not very smiling unlike Disney...

Very beautiful park and great rides but disastrous organization! Large predictable crowds (75,000 people) for these public holidays and no solutions: traffic jams at entrances, traffic jams at rides, traffic jams at dining areas, etc. rides broken down or open only at 12 p.m., and Ferrari only from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m....! not enough of staff to stop cheaters in the queues.. very expensive express passes which only serve to wait 1h30 rather than 3h for the ride (great..!) we only did 4 rides during the day and we didn't eat, we weren't able to see all the beautiful decors and shows, it's a shame... in short, the manager should leave his place...

Park to avoid despite the quality of the sensational attractions. It is impossible to do more than two attractions in a day unless you buy an overpriced express pass. The management of the flow is terrible: the waiting times are sure to push you to buy the passes. It is not an amusement park but a business park where even people with reduced mobility are forced to queue behind people who have acquired an express pass.

Unacceptable to accept more entries than the park can accommodate! For the Ascension long weekend the wait at attractions exceeded 3 hours, with unexpected closures for checks and maintenance..
people have traveled thousands of km to spend days in queues!
Expensive and uncompromising, really the impression of a tourist trap (French!!)

Endless queues at certain attractions and a site that misleads about waiting times.
Otherwise, cool attractions

A real SHAME. We traveled from Madrid to spend the day, paying €54 for the entrance, €15 for parking, €2 for each use of the locker, and €4.60 for a Monster, spending money everywhere. We arrived early and at the first attraction we visited we waited 2 hours in line only to be told that it is broken and needs maintenance, not knowing how long it will take... The same thing happened at 2 other attractions, one of which said 15 minutes waiting, but after 30 minutes they told us the same thing, that it was under maintenance... Incredible. We were only able to enjoy 2 attractions after waiting in line for so long and being told we couldn't go on. I am very disappointed with a park of these characteristics, I should be SHAME on them. Although the park is very beautiful and worth it, there is no excuse for limiting the attractions like this. We complained and the only option they offered us was an express pass for 1 attraction, an insufficient measure after all the wasted hours and the price of admission

We bought tickets for 4 for access to the 2 parks this Ascension weekend. Just horrible day. We entered the park at 11:30 a.m. and, informed of the wait, we started queuing at Shambala and then... that's actually our day! 6.5 hours of waiting before accessing the attraction which lasted a minute... a nice minute certainly but really the feeling of having been taken for donkeys'
waiting in full sun, no music or screen, poor customer experience! Fortunately Salou is very nice and the rest of the stay was great!

To flee ! Between 2 and 3 hours of waiting for the attractions...so you do 4 attractions in the day. Opens too late and closes too early. Ferrari Land only opens at 5 p.m. and we waited 6 hours to do the Red Force. Unacceptable and impossible with children!
Europa Park is much better, don't drive far to get there it's not worth the cost.

We came as a family on Thursday May 9, 2024.
We spent a day. We had to go through 1h30-2h of traffic jams to get to the car park. So instead of arriving at opening we arrived at 12 p.m. in the park.
Once inside we were only able to play 1 game given the waiting time (3 hours) and we left.
We returned at 5:30 p.m. to Ferrari Land and there the same thing. Plus we found ourselves stuck with my daughter in the children's elevator! She was very scared.
We discovered that there were big promotions on your site, hence this number of people. We paid the normal rate because we had planned this stay since February.
This is really unacceptable and very dangerous given the crowds in the park.
I hope for a reply for this lost and complicated day physically and morally.
