The ticket will allow you to visit Palazzo Vecchio without long waiting lines.
For this attraction you can choose from the following options:
- Skip-the-line entrance ticket to the Palazzo Vecchio Museum
- Skip-the-line entrance ticket for the Arnolfo Tower
- Combined priority entrance ticket, Museum + Arnolfo Tower.
Inside you can visit the Government Rooms of the Republic, the private rooms of the Granducale family, renovated and embellished by the architect and chronicler Giorgio Vasari, who was liked by the Grand Duke.
The main attraction of the Palace is the Salone dei 500, entirely frescoed by Giorgio Vasari, as well as the rooms and apartments of the Grand Duchess Eleonora of Toledo. Enjoy one of the best views of the city on the terrace located at the rear of the palace and end your visit in the rooms where the ancient Florentine Republic met (Sala dei Gigli, Sala delle Maps Geographical, Hall of the last Chancellor of the Republic).

This is just another way to get your ticket. There is no guide included, but this does allow you to reserve your ticket. The view of the Duomo from the tower can not be bet.

It says priority ticket but there isn’t even a priority line, so you just go in like anybody else with a ticket.

I had an issue with the train to Florence, so I missed the time slot for my ticket to Palazzo Vecchio. Despite Viator's efforts to reschedule, they provided me with a new time, but it was incorrect as the attraction was closed. As a result, I couldn't visit Palazzo Vecchio and they did not refund the ticket cost.

This so-called "offer" is theft. It is, quite simply, a theft by a local travel agency, City Florence Tour. I paid 29€/ticket (2 tickets...) for Skip the Line access for a location where access costs 12€ and is NOT crowded. We checked it out 3 days in a row at the end of July!
Plus I had to go to the agency to pick up the tickets purchased from them previously....
So... two tips: buy another offer and bypass the non-offer City Florence Tour!

Absolute Waste of money. This is not needed the ticket at the venue is cheaper and no lines to skip for.

We definitely were glad we went ahead and bought the "skip the line" tickets. The line if you didn't have tickets wrapped around the Palazzo. Highly recommend!

Very straightforward - we were able to easily redeem our tickets at 14 Via Castellani just round the corner & then use the tickets to enter. The experience itself was wonderful - the palace has lots to see & is well worth visiting.
