We enjoyed waterpark with my son and mother, there are rides for everyone. Staff are nice especially Adones who isvery professional in hosting games at the wavepool while giving out freebies ?

My family and I had booked a private cabana and our server Kishor was utterly incredible and went out of his way to make sure we had the best possible experience. He’s truly amazing!

The experience was amazing and the staff made the experience even better. The one staff who stood out to me was Jinnah who took such good care of us and made the experience amazing in the cabana

We came here for a day. We drove and used the very easy park and ride. Buses came often and was hassle free. Kids ages 10,13,15 they could go on everything.
We booked our tickets online / not much in price but stopped the queue on arrival.
We came in august and plenty of sun beds so don’t waste money on “premium ones”. Make sure you make a note of where you are seated, as the place is massive.
We used the free shuttle service when inside to get to the other side of the park by Trident towers - great location.
They really need more places where you can see the ride times and only a few screens but they flick between things so have to wait. Longest queue was 30 minutes but many 5/10 - we went in August.
We used the meal deal - 5 options for adults and 5 for kids. Great price to be fair, we also brought a refillable cup. Again very reasonable and helpful with kids.
Showers are at the main entrance and not loads. We used the ones by the Loungers.
You get free water socks (brilliant idea) so you don’t burn your feed. Valuables were safe left out.
Great day and would go back.

We took the fast pass. And we entered every game so quickly and didnt wait much which was amazing. Every ride was so much fun. And the staff are so happy and friendly. Phiona WAS MY FAVORITE. Go and say hi to her.

What a fantastic experience to the best water park in the world - queue were long so invest in in the fast track passes . Doubles the price but well worth it. Sat in premium seating area and Jenny was amazing - customer service was second to none. Great rides - F&B and staff - would defo return
