HOW TO REDEEM YOUR TICKETS?
The following is the only valid procedure to get them.
1. Purchase your tickets, if you chose the option for skip the line ticket only, without optional tour.
2. Go outside Herculaneum ruins ticket office (orange brick building) you'll find our greater holding a sign with ASKOS TOURS written on top to be recognized. Show to her/him and they will give you your skip the line ticket handly and you'll have the chanche to go directly to the access.
3. Go at the turnstiles and access the site.

Less crowded than Pompei and more personal and atmospheric. More to see in the way of fresco’s and mosaics. Once we got our heads around using the audio guide which also displayed written material, our visit came to life.
Good value for money.

Booked for 10 AM
Staying in Naples only available train to site was so early as to be impossible to meet, then the next train to Pompei for our second visit left us with an hour in Herculaneum, so we didn’t make to the ruins at all, local train service is deplorable, dirty and overcrowded.
Naples , can’t wait to leave

Really interesting tour. So much history dating back 2000 years. Guide Luciano was very knowledgeable and showed the group all of the best parts with photos. I was late and staff were great to get me to join the tour. It was not crowded and easy to take photos.

Signore Leone have a conscious and educational tour. He may have has to use many words sometimes to express some concepts, but the message was always communicated well and thoroughly. He didn’t walk too fast for my mother and was engaging enough for my 10yo. Plus, he came very prepared with his own visuals. I regret not tipping him more.

Out Askos tour guide Luciano was fantastic. So inclusive, passionate and interesting. He really helped us imagine what life was like in Herculaneum. A fantastic experience.

Luciano made our visit to Herculaneum something special. He kept our attention for the full two hours and introduced us to several ‘special treats’, keeping the spintria until last.
Herculaneum is a magical place but Luciano added an extra level of quality to the visit. He has a superb grip of the archeology of the site and my wife and I were both very pleased to have booked this tour.

Our guide was Luciano, and he was excellent in all respects. He has deep knowledge and knows how to impart it to the group with engagement and enthusiasm. We loved every minute with him; the two hours seemed to fly by despite the heat, and we were sorry when the time with him ended. Luciano was one of the best guides we have had anywhere, on any trip, in any country we have visited.

Diego pointed out so many details we otherwise would have missed - so glad we had a guide. Skillfully lead us from shade to shade to protect my pregnant wife!

Didn't need to pre-book as site not busy. Small site but very interesting. If visiting independently of a tour some sort of guide is helpful.

We arrived at about 10am on a Tuesday out of term time. Place was quite quiet, and we didn`t need to have booked this ticket. We had a slight problem in that having booked, Askos didn`t send me the pdf of the ticket (which they send out the day before your arrival). However, the lady in the ticket office rang Askos who then called me on my mobile and sent it to me by whatsapp - I think that`s really excellent service by both the ticket office and Askos.
