Very easy to get in. It takes a second to find the tour operator, but he directs you right where you need to go and walks you over. Took less than 10 minutes and they let us in. Very easy experience overall.

We had a terrible experience. Ticket resellers. Sold the tickets they sold me, and had to wait three hours to get to the museum.

Interesting little gallery, which was bigger than I was expecting (didn’t realize they would have the statues room, and also the musical instruments). Definitely worth skipping the line, and we didn’t go for a guide - was small enough to see for ourselves, and mostly wanted to see the David.

Meeting the individual with our tickets outside the Academia was easy very easy. We got into a short line and quickly walked into the museum. Seeing David was breathtaking. A must see if in Florence. Highly recommend making reservations and using TripAdvisor.

If I could rate it a ZERO I would! Walked up and was told it was canceled and we got an email about it. Another American couple walked up at the same time and was told the same thing. Neither of us received an email. This was a complete scam! Do your research before purchasing tickets!!

The statue of David was the must-see attraction, however, I was surprised at the additional statues, paintings and additional history in this gallery.

This is a scam. They canceled 20 minutes before the time. I got a refund, sure. But did not get to go as planned. I was standing there with 20 people who were disappointed. This is not a joke. This is not an exaggeration. This is true. This is a warning to all future potential attendees.

The Viator person distributing tickets was rude and unpleasant. Within a few minutes of finally receiving my ticket from the Viator staff person, I clearly saw that I could have easily purchased tickets for my family myself at the Accademia ticket office and had no need whatsoever to get them through Viator. Won't make the same mistake again.

Company used by Viator “Things to Do” sells advanced tickets for times they do not have. If
You choose 10:00am there is no guarantee they will even have tickets for that time. They will change times on you right before depending on what they get. It will ruin any planning you have DO NOT USE!!!!! Buy tickets elsewhere
