This is not skip the line! Waited in line 90 minutes. They were beyond swamped! Groups and groups of 30 to 40 people put in line to wait. Then it was so hard to get around, with so many tour groups. Not a fun experience!!!!

The ease of picking up the tickets, getting into the Accademia and of course, seeing and experiencing amazing artwork in person. This experience could not have worked out better.

It was extremely confusing to have to enter with the group while we had already secured a private tour guide. This added a wrench into the plans for the morning.

Terrible experience. Extremely shady. I was contacted saying to go redeem my tickets at a time that was after my scheduled tour date.. (I have messages proving that) and they still were hesitant to give me my tickets. Next time I will ensure to use a different tour group

The visit was short and the guide was 15 minutes late (not her fault).
The centre piece was to see David, the rest is under whelming.

Incredible works of art, skipping the line was quick and efficient for the time of year we went. No guide, but we were able to make the most of seeing the statue of David in all its glory!

Buying the tickets in advance was definitely worth it. We went the end of April and I didnt think it was needed but there were tons of people in line waiting in the rain! Glad we did it!

It was definitely worth it. There was a very long line and it was raining. We were inside with in 5 minutes of meeting and getting our tickets. I would absolutely recommend booking this!
