Navigating Florence without a guide seems impossible. This tour was informative and just the right length. Saving the David for last was the right way to do it.

Our guide, Sylvia, was very knowledgeable and communicated well with her guests. We walked through the core central city and heard in some detail the stories of the Medici family and others. The "Skip the line" David visit was more an idea than reality, but it was evident all tour operators promise this, even if they can't always deliver. Still, we didn't have to wait long - maybe only 20 minutes, which I suppose qualifies in Florence as "skip the line." A worthwhile and enjoyable experience.

Our guide Cristina was very knowledgeable and tried very hard to make our experience a good one. Despite some less than perfect weather, and a strike happening she was able to give us a great tour and made sure we were able to get in to the see all the attractions we were hoping for. She was very patient and kind and I definitely recommend this tour to anyone who wants an overall background on Florence and all it has to offer.

Excellent tour. Our guide, Jade (English spelling), was terrific - knew a lot and shared her knowledge in an engaging, manageable way. The tour was well-paced and a success at every level.

Really enjoyed the beautiful walk and explanations of the masterpieces located throughout the city. It was absolutely amazing and so glad it was in the morning before it got too busy.

We enjoyed our tour! Francesca was a wonderful guide. The information she gave and the stories she told were very informative and interesting. We saw many sites within the city of Florence and went to the Accademia to see the statue of David.
