Tour Director's knowledge of Florence and the small group. We were able to go into areas that the tour director was aware of because of the size of the group.

Tour guide was exceptional. I have been to Florence several times and taken many tours. I learned many new things and even my teenage boys remained interested throughout the tour.

We greatly enjoyed this perfect tour. Almost everything in Florence was there for us to see and learn about. Our superb guide Jessica was amazing, talented, fun, easy to follow and fantastically knowledgeable about Italian art and history - exceptionally good. We felt very lucky to have her. The tour was full, comprehensive and brilliantly organised with proper microphone and headsets so that we never missed Jessica’s informative stories.

Loved this tour and learning the surface of the deep rich history of the city of Florence. This small city has influenced almost all parts of modernity. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and kept a nice pace walking through the city. I’d recommend the early a tour as it was nice to miss some huddle and bustle and be able to experience this historical city come to life.
