Michelangelo’s colossal David is perhaps the most famous icon of the Italian Renaissance, if not the most famous statue in the world. Did you know that there are actually three Davids in Florence? The real David is found in the Accademia Gallery. Hoards of visitors line up outside the Gallery each day to get the chance to marvel at this impressive masterwork. Avoid the crowds and enjoy faster, priority entrance with us. Appreciate the best masterpieces of the Accademia Gallery in an hour.

The collection is lovely and statue of David is magnificent. It takes your breath away. An absolute must see when in Florence.
Skip the line ticket staff could be better identified with brightly coloured clothing or signage. Standing in line in the sun was not fun.

Please know the Academia itself was AMAZING, however we got the meeting location and had to ask someone that worked there how to get our tickets. He whistles for someone and then out of no where some guy walks up to us and hands us the tickets and then leaves. It was very sketchy and we were very weirded out by it. The tickets were obviously fine but to us it was not worth the money to book through here. Next time I would just book directly as it is much cheaper than going through here.

Literally some of the rudest people I’ve interacted with. Booked a tour same time and day as my fiancé’s family. They last minute change their time by two hours. I ask to be changed and they say it’s impossible because I booked on Viator. I contact Viator and they say the only people who can change is the host (??). Very snarky replies. Won’t be booking from them again at all.

We couldn’t find the person who was supposed to give us the tickets, and there were no instructions about what to look for. Since we were given an address, we expected an office or kiosk, but it was just an office/apartment building. The number to call for help turned out to be in the US, so it wasn’t open (and they never returned the call later anyway). A tour guide down the street with a TripAdvisor sign gave us tickets, luckily.
The Accademia itself was great.

The skip the line tour was great but finding the guy with our tickets was very challenging. The address we were given was not correct. I would book another firm. Not worth the hassle of finding your tickets

The Gallery was amazing! I would definitely recommend a tour as there was so much to see and it would have been helpful to understand some of the artwork.

The redemption point location and timing was a little confusing but once I found the person to meet, the process was convenient and the museum was an excellent experience

The statues and paintings are beautiful but the audio guide that is referenced is an additional 12 dollars at the door. Overall worth the extra money to pass the line but keep the additional audio cost in mine.

Excellent experience. The day we went was a free day for all with no skip the line, but the site refunded our money.

The ticket distribution agent had called in sick so we were left standing with no way to get in to the Florence Accademia Gallery.
We walked into a different company with an actual office and they were able to work out entry but that took almost an hour. We simply got lucky cause the folks at the travel agency were able to help.
