Tickets were as promised and no hassles which is awesome. The catacombs were eerie and sobering. A must see in Paris. We found all the staff at the catacombs to be very welcoming and helpful.

All is good, no waiting time at all . Staff is co operative ,near to it eating points are there better to travel there with metro

Buyer beware.
Catacombs was an amazing tour and well worth the visit but this purchase adds nothing to the experience. The ticket voucher was corrupted and tour operator only has an answering service and people are unable to help. Then there is zero information provided about the cruise. We were told to just call 2.5 miles to the closest river and ask anyone with a boat to give us a ride. Seriously. This is not up to Viator standards. Skip this purchase and just go direct to catacombs.

We booked this and were very excited but mistakenly I was stupid and selected the wrong dates in the calendar when booked. I emailed them within minutes and they refused to help change the dates on the tickets or do any bing helpful at all. I’ve never had anyone be so unreasonable when it’s a genuine error.
So we won’t be able to go on the trip as we can’t afford to book it again for new dates when we are in Paris
Please be very careful when booking and check all the details. The tour operator isn’t actually anything to do with the tour and can’t do anything to help you.
It totally contravenes the spirit of EU Consumer Rights to refuse a refund or to amend a booking, but these people don’t care.
Ruthless tour operators, beware!!!

Seeing the Catacombs via the self guided tour and River cruise were great. However I didn't get my tickets emailed to me as they said I would. It was just a voucher that claimed it was not an entry ticket and that I would need to redeem it at a redemption point. When I asked about this it was very difficult to get the response I needed. Then when u finally got the information I needed I had only got one ticket when I had purchased 2. Have used Viator before with no issues but this one was very difficult to get all the needed tickets and information sadly.

The lines were short and orderly. We had a timed entry so entry was smooth. The whole idea of this place is fascinatingly creepy lol. I’m glad I didn't miss this. The entire tour could be done in as little as 45 minutes or as long as an hour and a half if you read every sign thoroughly. It was not over sold or crowded. It was just right. Thank you catacombs for not trying to cram in as many people as you can. This was worth it for sure. As far as price, maybe a bit more money than it should be but still worth it. I guess a few extra dollars is not a high price for some elbow room in a dark underground place filled with bones lol.

Don’t actually skip the lines, but you are letting at 5 o’clock with your ticket and other people holding the tickets. The catacombs, of course are very interesting and this comes with the audio guide which is definitely a must have.
The river cruise was fine. Next time I would do it earlier in the week because we had seen many of the things that we sell by, but it’s still beautiful.

We were a bit unsure if this was legit based on earlier reviews but we received our tickets by email as promised and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The catacomb visit was much more expansive than we expected, and the audio guide was very well done.

Everything went smoothly. Received tickets for both the catacombs and the river cruise in the mail a few hours after the purchase.
There was no skip he line when I went. I was late by 15 minutes to my time slot and there were no issues getting in.
