Definitely worth the price. When we arrived to the island, we were stuck at the airport for around 2-3 hours! And we had only carry-ons. So we booked the VIP experience for departing the island and it was definitely worth the experience. Hassle and stress free, breezing through the airport. If you are an elder or a parent traveling with your family, this is a must! The attendants help with luggage and make the experience as stress free as possible. The only thing you need to do is hold your passport and take off your shoes at security. You can’t complain.

Zizi was our hostess and met us right out front when our car dropped us at the airport. She zipped us through the entire process from the United counter through the varied Aruban and American checkpoints areas all the way up to the VIP lounge to wait our departure.

My wife and I returned yesterday from a week in Aruba celebrating our 54th wedding anniversary. We used the First Class VIP departure and it was tremendous. We highly recommend it to everyone, especially seniors. We breezed through all the varied Aruban and American checkpoints and never had to touch our luggage. Zizi was our hostess and handled everything right up to drop off at the VIP lounge to wait for departure. She couldn't have been nicer nor more helpful.
It may seem expensive, but at our age it was well spent.

This was my first experience with the service. Zanya is the best, great personality, manners and smile. She was very professional. I enjoyed the service thoroughly. I'll definitely do it again.

If i could rate this 10/10 i would! First class experience is the perfect title! ZiZi was an incredible concierge hostess and walked us through the airport with ease! She even offered to let us shop and she stayed close to us! Booking this everytime

AMAZING!!!! Having this service to get through the air6is an absolute MUST.
Raycheline expertly guided us around airport lines and because of this service we easily saved over an hour of waiting
She was so kind and took the time to make sure we were safely and comfortably settled in the VIP lounge before our flight
