Self guided tour. Meeting point just infront the palace which is highly convenient. The person who takes you inside is very courteous, knowledgeable and welcoming. Highly recommended!!!

Went to collect our passes from Topkapi Cafe and were offered Turkish tea while we waited for a short bit before being escorted inside the museum grounds by a staff member who also gave us a brief orientation. Pretty painless, just know that you will not enter instantly despite having no-line tickets.

I used skip the line to avoid the queue because I was there with my little baby (10 months old). First of all I m really impressed by the guys that are running this service. All the guys at the kiosk next to the topkapi bar are amazing. They helped me to download the app and to use the app. Our guide (unfortunately I don't remember the name) has been brilliant. I was expecting somebody to guide us to the entrance and to leave us there visiting the Palace using the app. Instead the guide has been with us for almost 1 hour showing us almost everything and talking all the time about history and all those nice information that I was not aware off. I was impressed by the guide passion. I think that this service its amazing. I would really recommend it, not only you skip the line but you will also learn so many things about topkapi palace, the sultans and about Turkey history. I really need to thank our guide for this nice experience

Great tour guide ‘Ozzy’ who shared the history of the palace and the stories of how the sultans lived vividly and with humor. Worth having a good guided tour with so much to see!

It took a little work to figure out the app but once it was working it was ok. We unfortunately went on a rainy, cold day. Much of the palace is open air.

Don’t skip the line. Waste of time. We were just dropped after entering with no way to get into the Harem. Waited for guide to let us in after just sitting there for 20 min.
