It was great to see so much of this palace. There were tour guides within the building to help explain all the artwork and statues. There is so much to see, give yourself a lot of time to explore this place and the gardens

We arrived just as the museum opened and basically had the place to ourselves for at least an hour! The palace is breath taking and the gardens reflect a long ago era of splendor. Dont let the fact that this tour is “unguided” deter you. You can buy headsets at entrance and each room has a sign describing what you are seeing. Its worth a visit!

This is the worse waste of money ever. We use Viator often but this particular ticket does not work properly and you pay 3x the cost of buying same ticket at the ticket window. Viator should remove this from the list for Florence as it is not necessary to book a ticket at this place!

A rip off to just receive tickets with zero service. It makes much more sense to order tickets directly from the Palazzo Pitti website for less.

All the different floors worth of museums we great! Wish we would have spent more time in the gardens but of what we saw they were excellent!

The paintings were amazing, easy to get around. We had no guide but instructions to get in were easy to follow. The gardens were beautiful and the steps were very challenging but when we got to the top the views were fantastic

Magnificent palace. If you look up the definition of the name, this exceeds it. The artwork and sculptures fill every room. The painted ceilings in each room are magnificent. The gardens are pristine and it’s wonderful to see the Medici legacy preserved in such an incredible way

My favorite of the Pitti Palace was the individual Apartments with multitude of paintings, gold reliefs, and the many frescoes on the ceilings.

Hundreds of people in no pre-ticket line, ours had about 50. Quick and easy to get in. Staff very helpful and pleasant.

We were extremely disappointed when we arrived for our Skip, the line tour at the Pitti Palace and the Boboli Gardens in Florence.
When we arrived yesterday, Thursday April 25,2024, we found out to our dismay, that you had sold us two adult full price tickets on a "free day" which we were unable to use. As a result, we were unable to get to see either.
I don't think that's in good form and ask that you issue us a complete refund.
I hope you make good on this as I do not want to issue you a bad review
