Once we got into the Vatican, we had an enjoyable time. Unfortunately, the tour company changed our entry time - not once, but twice. The first time, the change was communicated to us very well. The second time, it was not - so we showed up at the incorrect time. The man working claimed another email was sent - I did not receive it. Our tickets and vouchers were never updated in the system either - so, at one point, we had tickets stating one time, vouchers stating a different time, and this guy’s word that his time was the correct one. 🤣
In the end, we made it inside and had a wonderful time! If you book with them, just be ready for entry time changes.

We took the skip the line tour and on our own. It was perfect you can go at your own pace fast or slow. Would highly recommend viator and no guided

Extremely cooperative! Booked it last minute and they were really helpful and let me in even though we were a few minutes late. Highly recommend it!

The queues for every single attraction and place of interest in Rome are legion. Although we had to queue to skip the queue, it was incredibly quick and easy and got us inside a good hour or so had we simply waited in the general queue.
It is expensive but overall is worth it

This company is the most pathetic! They are literally sitting near the Vatican to scam people- undeserving of even a single star.
We reached at 11.34am for a 11.30 booking and there were two guys at the reception. One was trying to sell an overpriced ticket to an American lady and the other one checked my booking and asked me to speak to wait and speak to the first one. He had called out our names and clearly they knew we were a couple minutes late and the group we were supposed to join was probably a 50 steps from their office. The Vatican museum entrance is literally not even a hundred steps from their office.
If they wanted, they could help us join the group, but of course they made us wait by purposely not attending to us for 10-15 minutes so that they can offer us a penalty for coming late and slap an extra charge of 20 euros per person so that they can ‘manage to get us a ticket’ since we were LATE.
We didn't fight with them because we had already paid a premium and wanted to do a tour, so kept convincing them to give us another slot. After waiting till 4.30 pm for a ticket of 11.30 am, finally after a lot of begging, they gave us the tickets.
These guys buy the cheap tickets that the Vatican sells online and already hike the prices 3x and then wait for people to come late or for their ‘no show’ so that they can sell those overpriced tickets to another customer at even higher prices and scam them. Only later did we realize that the guy at the reception was actually selling our tickets to the American lady- at a premium in front of us
We waited for so many hours there, we saw many guides/ agents calling their clients if they were late- waited for them and then left. They took an effort to check with them.
Above that- the so called manager had no compassion whatsoever and is plain cunning. He purposely delayed the process for us so that he could get a chance to scam us despite the fact that we had a 2.5yr old baby with us. As an Indian/ Asian- it is sad that I have to say this but these Asian guys running the company were extremely money minded and pure scamsters. They are the reason for the bad reputation of our community. Because of this idiot we literally wasted our whole day. As a tourist every day counted
These guys were casually joking at the meeting point about having 50 unused premium tickets but still having a great day (we could understand their language)
Do not book with them!!! The official website is way better or look for a better local company

We were supposed to be at the meeting place at 7:30 for the skip the line vatican and sistine chapel self guided tour. The people from the company showed up at 8:15. When we got up to the entrance, it was already past 8:30. The security entrance won't take anyone half an hour after the scheduled time. They tried to blame it on a mishap internally which may have also been the problem, but for our time, we would have missed the time anyways. We were there from 7:30 - 9:30 and the only thing that they could do was get us in at 1:00. We had to leave at 1:30 for a train to Florence. We had to miss the entire tour. We flew across the country and were not able to do the one thing we were looking most forward to in Rome. Extremely disappointed. I would not partner with them going forward. I do not recommend using the tour that we were set up for.

This was not the experience I expected. Very overpriced do what you get and Time changed at last minute and we had to return to the office to get tickets after scheduled time. Sold as skip the line but still have to get in long line with all other people scheduled at same time.

Unfortunately the experience was just ok. The guide was a nice guy but his English wasn’t that great. But the worst was the quality of the audio. There were many times we couldn’t hear him at all or it was crackling. The best part was that we were able to get inside without waiting in line because tours get to skip the lines.

First of all they changed the time from 8 to 9:30. They said it was the Vatican but that didn't seem to be true since so many others were going in. We were met with rude people behind the counter and they could care less about our business. Here is a sticker , get outside. I would never use them again. Don't call it a tour cause it is not. Miss leading advertising. Never again. I used city wonders in Vince and will again. Not these people. I am going to tell booking.com about them.
