Was expecting to see more and not rush during the tour. We didn’t really get to see much. It was the last tour of the day and our tour guide was tired and it showed.

It was a quick and easy process from the time we pre checked in to the time we were lead up to the Vatican Museum entrance. Definitely saved us from waiting in a 500 plus person line.

The official Vatican Museum ticket was already sold out and I could make it for this tour, slip line without a guide. It is an only good part. My tour time was 8:30 am and suggested to visit to 20 minutes earlier to redeem my ticket. when I went to the office at 8 am, the office was closed. I checked the entrance of Vatican Museum but I was told to visit that tour company. I visited again at 8:10 am. this time, the office was open, but they couldn’t redeem my ticket at once and wad to waited until 9 am. It was so frustrated.

Our guide, Julia was wonderful. She interacted with or group inserting memorable stories. Unfortunately we lost her at the end and couldn’t thank her for making the tour an amazing experience.
As we tried to find the group again we went through the museum twice.
A lovely experience!

Our guide was very knowledgeable and amusing. It began to rain and she made it tolerable. It was very crowded luckily she made sure the group stayed together.

Easy to find and meet up. Guide was good. The Colosseum line was huge; so we thought skipping the line would be key for this as well, but it looked like the line was tiny for the Vatican museums and Chapel when we arrived. Then the museums aren't very impressive (maybe for more serious historians it's better). The Chapel is what it's all about. That is pretty impressive, but it's a small part of the day. Probably don't need the pricey tour, imo.

The service and the guide were both wonderful. Be sure to plan ahead for the extra time to find the office (down the stairs and a bit down the street across from the entrance). "Just around the corner" is used a lot, but mostly means it's further! Guide's information was wonderful, and she was very generous in sharing her experience. Would definitely book again.
