Paul was our guide and was absolutely the best! He kept our group entertained with stories and his humor. The whole group had such a great time! Wonderful people from the UK and with Paul being our guide. He taught us how to “go with the flow”! I highly recommend this tour! Paul also gave great tips on things to see and do in Singapore and how to get around.

The Old Town. Suggestion. Why not hand out a sheet with the info and let the guide highlight and answer questions?, that would allow better info transmission.

Sitting at the door of our hotel, waiting for the shuttle pick up that never came. After frantic phone calls, we ended up having to pay about 30 Singapore dollars for two taxis to get us across town to join the tour group. Totally unorganized pick up communication.

On the morning of the trip, I was advised that the pickup would not be at my hotel. I had to take a taxi to the new pickup spot. I checked in 10 minutes prior to the appointed time, but did not receive an acknowledgement. Half an hour later, I was still standing at the pickup spot. I contacted the office again. No response, again. After a full hour, I took another taxi back to my hotel. The inconvenience, the lack of communication and the taxi expense earned this trip the worst possible rating.

no tour guide or driver arrived in the hotel to pick us up at the start of the tour. We input the name of our hotel while we are reserving it.
