Of no interest since it opens at 4 p.m. (you wait 10 minutes if you arrive on time for the queue to subside, but if you arrive after 5:15 p.m., I have never seen a queue and I I have been to the CÉ LA VI bar on the 57 floor already 6 or 7 times, You buy the ticket at the foot of building number 3.

Scam!! This is neither a skip-the-line ticket nor an activity possible at 9:00 p.m. since access closes at 8:30 p.m. In transit for 24 hours in Singapore since yesterday, we had booked our skip-the-line tickets with the slot offered at 9 p.m. a few days before. We arrived yesterday evening at 8:45 p.m. in front of the desk (it is indicated to arrive 10 minutes before) and we were refused access because it closes at 8:30 p.m.!!
Moreover, the e-ticket that I received the same morning by WhatsApp did not mention either the 9 p.m. slot or the “skip the line” service; I asked the agency questions by WhatsApp and by telephone about this inconsistency without having an answer and it was when we arrived in front of the closed doors that we became disillusioned.
In front of the closed doors, we called the number indicated, nothing was offered to us for this error on their part. The person even seemed surprised that we had a reservation for 9 p.m. as well as the skip-the-line: yet this is the service that is offered by TripAdvisor. I sent screenshots via WhatsApp, with no response.
Result: €146 lost, non-refundable!!
I recommend going up for a drink in one of the bars instead, it's free (for a drink) and the view is there: that's what we did in the end!!

Don't buy these tickets through TripAdvisor!! When I signed up they only had a 9:00 a.m. or 9:00 p.m. time slot to choose from. They did not deliver the tickets the night before and we got to the place at 9:00 a.m. and it did not open until 11:00 a.m. The tickets did not let you skip the line, everyone had to go to the same line. It wasn't until I contacted them that they gave me the QR code tickets, which is what we needed to show them. It was a very frustrating experience dealing with Viator and TripAdvisor. You can buy the tickets on site so I wouldn't hassle with them.
