Nothing fancy about this lounge. It was comfortable and quiet. The food was ok nothing spectacular. We found it ok.

Biggest waste of money, did not feel like a VIP, lounge crowded, no seats available, poor choice of food and drinks, rude staff at desk and showers. Really needed a rest after a delayed 10 hour flight and before another 14 hour flight. Should have stayed in normal passenger area!

Great idea when you have a long stop over! The food was good although it would be great to add some lighter food options as it was mostly curries. With maybe some more nibble options such as cheese & biscuits. Staff were obliging but the cook was abrupt! He may have been tired!! Showers were excellent!

It was pleasant to spend a few hours in the Lounge, but I really would have liked a recliner chair or even an ottoman to put my feet up on. The food was ok but not wonderful, so for us, it was quite a lot of money for not very much benefit.

Viator did not make instructions clear. Flight left at 10:20 pm… We Checked in with agent 7:20 pm. Could not go to Lounge until bags tagged and we received boarding passes. Called long distance international Viator Agent that indicated she couldn’t help me. The VIP pass was for 3 hours. No refund and the cost of interrupted long distance call. So disappointed. $69 gone down the drain.

What was good -->
* Showers - having the chance to refresh after a long flight
* Coffee was Ok
* USB charging points for phones
What wasn't so good -->
* Showers - whilst was good they were there, they were dirty and had old fixtures & fittings years old). No exhaust fan so really steamy.
* Food - limited not a great variety.
* Drinks - some alcoholic drinks
- Little to no soda/fizzy drinks.
* Seats were really old and limited number with tables.
* Toilets in the terminal were far superior. Only one of the two toilets was working and the working one was a TIMED door opener on it!!!!
So outlaying AUD60 each for 3 hours they could start using the money to refurbish the lounge.

Lounge receptionist would not accept QR code as she said they expired 2 mins after being provided, so after a long flight, just wanting to relax, I then had to text and email to obtain new QR codes. Nil response was received until after the whole experience was over and done with, only then to be told they hadn’t expired! It was embarrassing and even more frustrating at the lack of sympathy and attitude provided by the receptionist. We were eventually allowed in and stayed the 4 hours after being told to “just email us the QR codes when you received them”.
