None. I thought that sparkling wine was included but no many drinks were included and the staff wanted us to pay for drinks.

Very disappointing airport lounge. We booked this in advance, purely to kill a few hours while in transit, wanting solely a comfortable chair. When we checked in at 10pm, 98% of chairs were taken. A couple of poor 'cubby' cubicles were available near the toilets, being so small, one's legs couldn't be extended out, and only being able to sit upright.
Toilet facilities were serviced by a cleaner a few times, but the sink basins were always dirty and wet.
By lounge standards, we found the selection of food ok,but the variety could be enhanced.
Overall the lounge was too busy, had a lack of seating (many seats and desks looking very tired and worn). The bathrooms were outdated (Changi airport had better and cleaner toilets in general). If needing transit at the airport in the future, will just stay in the 'rest zone' which is located upstairs, near the SATS lounge instead.

We visited the Premium Plaza Lounge at Changi Airport Terminal 1 and had a seamless entry experience. The lounge offered a variety of food options, though it was more catered towards non-vegetarians. Since we arrived at 3 am, there were plenty of seats available.
The food options included vegetarian chicken (possibly soy-based) with rice, chicken curry, and Singaporean laksa. There was a self-service coffee machine, along with Japanese tea, lemon tea in cans, and Coca-Cola. At 6 am, the menu changed to a breakfast selection that included scrambled eggs, idli with sambhar, pastries,fried vegetarian noodles, cereals, milk, and fruits. The bar was closed from 3 am to 6 am.
Overall, it was a good and relaxing time, usually quiet. The lounge also had shower facilities. On the downside, the carpet looked a bit worn out, and although the bathrooms were clean, I found the regular airport bathrooms to be cleaner, possibly because we visited during odd hours.
The hospitality was very good, and overall, I would rate the experience 4 out of 5.

The Plaza Premium Lounge at Changi is well located and comfortable but the range of food, snacks and beverages was below the standard I expect from Premium Plaza. The food offerings were particularly poor and there were very few snack items available. The bar was small and slow, with a premium charge for most drinks.

I departed for Central Japan on a flight with ZipAir at Terminal One. As we were early, I went with my brother in law to have our late dinner at this airport lounge. As a premier banking member with OCBC, I enjoy the beneft of being a dragonpass holder to have free access to Plaza Premium lounges twice a year.
Alternatively, I can bring along a guest and enjoy the 2 hour omplimentary access. I thus brought along my brother in law from Melaka who also followed me for the tour to Central Japan.
This is not the first time I visit this lounge at Terminal One. But I always like the wide varieties of sumptous local food. I got Hainanese chicken rice, laksa, curry chicken and a cup of latte for my brother in law and I have some cold dessert dishes, fish fillets and a cup of green tea.
I found the staff were very courteous and helpful and the lounge very conducive. I enjoyed the great food here.
Keep up the good name and reputation of a premium airport lounge at Changi Airport. You deserve all the good reviews.

Lounge was at full capacity and could not get a seat. Sat in dining area selection of food was not great .

Our flight left late and because we had to check out of the hotel early, we were already at Changi Airport in the afternoon. (you can enjoy yourself for a few hours there) We handed in our luggage at the fast check-in.
After the customs check we came across this lounge and went inside. You can immediately buy your ticket there, for the number of hours you would like, with or without a shower. I thought it was a nice lounge.
And you can use the buffet and drinks with or without alcohol.

Arrived 18.4.24 tired at 9pm to find it busier than the rest free areas in the airport. Food is tasteless and free alcohol is gatekept by 1 bar tender who is also out collecting glasses. Family of 3 ended up perched in tiny single booths in hot lounge, jam packed with people. Even air con is warm! 😡
