Wonderful experience! Our pilot Bobby was the best!! He explained everything so well. This was mine and my boyfriend’s first time on a helicopter and Bobby’s confidence and expertise made us feel at ease! I would recommend this tour to everyone I know!

The pilot and the helicopter ride were great. However, the booking info through Viator was really bad. The viator confirnation email gave a “pickup/dropoff” point in South Beach. It specifically used the words pickup/dropff. But this was not the pickup or dropoff spot. We were almost late because we had to take an Uber all the way across town. If I’d known we would have to travel across town, I would not have booked this trip.

This was a last minute booking due to glorious weather! Our pilot Michael was very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. We felt at ease with the whole take off/landing procedure and the flight was accompanied by a glorious sunset. I would not hesitate to recommend this experience.

This tour was right before christmas day and i was nervous they would cancel the trip just as a previous heli-tour i had booked was canceled. Thankfully they didn't cancel! On the day of the tour I made a massive boo boo and had went to the wrong airport and was about to give up, thinking they would be very strict, but my partner called and they were kind enough to reschedule my time which i was very grateful for (It is not likely everyone would have the same luck, so don't be late!). When we got there, the pilot was extremely friendly and broke everything down to us before stepping out on to the tarmac. It was a little overcast and windy but the ride was still relatively smooth and fun. The pilot was very knowledgeable and funny. We even saw some manatees in the waters below. It was awesome. Definitely would recommend.

I was given to meeting addresses: one with the purchase confirmation and another one through SMS. Unfortunately I went to the wrong one. After calling them, I ended up with no ride, rescheduling or refund. In other words, they just took my money.
