Sidemen is a village in east Bali become a tourist resort because of the beauty of this place,cool weather,unique that is develop as a tourist destination to stay. The village area is one of the main destinations for day trips through the eastern region. Fantastic trek our guide Daria was very knowledgeable and interesting ! We loved our walk through all the lovely rice fields !! Lots of vegetables chilies and peanuts !!

Grogeous views of mount agung, we were recommended this by our friends and hotel we were staying at. We went to a few restaurants on our walk (some great others not so great) and our guide knew about everything!

Nice walk over narrow paths and dams through the plantations of Sidemen with a local guide Darya. He told us a lot about the traditional way of life, growing all kinds of local products and the rest that nature has to offer. We even visited his house for a while and were treated to tea and snacks. Very nice to see how he lives there with his family.

Magnificent experience in the heart of authentic rice fields. Komang is very interesting, he taught us lots of things about local life. I highly recommend this trek!!

It was a very nice trekking. I saw beautiful rice fields, little villages, met village people and working farmers and I enjoyed a very beautiful landscape. I strongly recommand to do this trekking

Very good experience. It was great and fun along with local guide. We we are also see the farmers working in the field. Enjoyed nature and beautiful climate. At finish point we had lunch at Warung Ume Anyar from restaurant we can see beautiful view. This trekking was not back to start point. We walked to startpoint to taking my motorbike, during i stayed in sidemen i rent motorbike so i could explore other place.

If you are in Bali, interested in the landscape and the culture, you should do this trip!!!
Darya greeted us at the sideman market and we started with a stroll through the different local products.
After that we started our hike into the sidemen vale as a walk-around tour beside the canals of the rice terraces.
Darya told us a lot about Bali and the Sidemen region. We could ask any question we were imagining. As a short rest he invited us to his home with very nice tea and talk more about living in Bali and differences to western countries.
We finished the trip at a nice warung with a great view.
If you want to do something good for you and this region, do this hike!!! Highly recommended!
